The ramen was good, but to be frank, I’ve had better ones but the customer service was really at their best. I hesitated, and was going to give a 4 star rating but considering their energy, their smiles and kind service, they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. The people who work here seemed very friendly even until we walked out. The stars go mainly to the staff working.Food wise, it was okay. I am aware that usually pork ramen is the famous one compared to the chicken one. I’ve already had the chicken ramen at other locations and they seem to all be around the same taste.

The Ramen is just exceptional. The fried chicken is also very good. I have tried almost every Ramen in the menu and loved it. Soyu and Miso is my favorite. The tofu added in Ramen is amazing, it has more flavors then chicken piece. And the cheese cakes are soo good. All of them are just remarkable.

The appetizers (pork gyoza, edamame, spicy karaage) were good, but my miso chicken ramen was disappointing. Not very flavorful on its own, not many toppings other than green onion and nori. Had to ask for Sriracha to add some flavor to it. The chicken was quite bad, you could tell it was defrosted because of how chewy it was. Tasted weird. I kind of expected more from this franchise.

I honestly don’t know what happened to this location. Im not sure if its a kinton thing in general cause I haven’t been to one in awhile, but my friends and I had quite a memorable experience here, and not in a good way. Service was nice, so I’ll give the stars for that, but the food was so subpar compared to what it was like before. My boyfriends pork broth just tasted like sweet milk, and his marinated egg still had half the shell on it when he received it. Overall, all 4 of us were less than satisfied with our ramen. Would’ve rather get instant ramen. Karaage wasnt bad.

Amazing place! Wonderful staff and delicious food! The Ramen was delicious but the desert was surprisingly good specially Macha one!!

Kinton was once a beacon of light, shining bright among the skies and illuminating the stomachs of noodle consumers. Now, it seems to have become merely a shadow of its former self. A mere husk of the great soup server it was once, now fallen culprit to the sins of frozen foods and flavour as absent as my friend Jesse's father (dad left, very sad.). A place that the lower class could congregate and escape this sad reality is now a barren wasteland where flavour goes to die. The pork? Wack. The piece of egg shell still stuck to my egg? Wack. The broth? Honestly kind of breast-milky according to my girlfriend. Not sure why she knows what breast milk tastes like but that's how it is. I hope they can reform and strive to deliver the quality product they once served, but until their day of redemption comes I'll be sticking to Mr. Noodle. The karage was great.

First time here and I liked the experience! Friendly staff, the food was good! I will visit again in the near future! The Hot Sake was good as well.

Veg spicy ramen was great. Chicken jalapeno ramen was ok. There wasn't much spicy in the chicken ramen. But no complains. Great location and kind staff.

Had an awesome experience for a Ramen-newbie, choices were easy (with pictures). The food was delicious! Soup was tasty and not too salty, fried chicken (plain or with spicy sauce) are both crisp and extremely flavourful! I highly recommend the table d'hote option.Service was great, quick and easy!I highly recommend!

The broth is 10/10
