I was a bit disappointed with this place…I used to be a client (a while ago) and noticed some differences..The chocolate doesn’t taste as spectacular as before, and the fruits that came with the fondue were so cold, almost freezing Overall, it is good….. yet not as good as before

AVOID AT ALL COST if you have allergies!! I would give zero if I could. Ignorant, rude and dishonest server May lying MULTIPLE times about having no nuts in their $16 strawberry cookie milkshake. We checked with her BEFORE we order, DURING right after my son licked their “chocolate sauce”and claimed his throat hurts, and AFTER I tasted the CLEARLY Nutella-ie sauce all of which she denied right in front of my SWOLLEN-LIP-FACE-CRYING 8yo boy!!! I was beyond furious, immediately sent the shake back and wait for this: they CHARGED the barely rim-licked shake!!!!!! How worse can the ignorance and insensitive customer service get ?!!!! It was not until I refused to pay for the shake FINALLY said the guy at the back ran out of chocolate sauce so he used hazelnut choco cause instead WITHOUT checking with us!!!! UNBELIEVABLE I’m still shaking typing these. My son ended up throwing up in their washroom and we had to rush to a pharmacy, totally ruined our trip!!
Delicious but quite pricey. Sadly, I wasn‘t able to dine in, since I was only one person? A shame because I wanted to take a picture of the milkshake that is now different from how it would look like when drank at the place. Friendly staff and great variety of assortment.
Amazing chocolate caramel brownie, so fudgey, dense and delicious. The red velvet brownie was lighter and fresher with raspberry sauce and I’m not sure what the topping was but it was great. Really reasonable prices for the quality and large portions.
Excellent service and delicious food and beverages. The bitter chocolate stuff wasn't terribly bitter, that was nice. I only missed a little bit of savour contrast, because everything was so sweet that at some point everything tastes kind of the same.

Cute area to go too! Lot of choices and the crepes are very good.But the hot chocolate was half filled and the texture very thick. (Take Out option)
Juliette's ruined hot Coco for me. There's is the best hot chocolate I have ever had. It is so good that any other hot chocolate seems like dirty water to me. I now only drink hot chocolate from Juliette's which is a bummer because it is a 5 hour drive from my house.Everytime I visit Montreal I make it a point to go there. I have ordered so many things on the menu and I have never been disappointed. Every delectable bite is worth the calories. If you want a special treat Juliette's is where you will find it.
Was there 10 minutes ago. The waiter (Boy) was very unhelpful, explained that I had surgery and wanted a cushion or a chair with a pad and he was quick to dismiss us said there was nowhere else and when we looked there were empty spots on the back and even though there were three tables that had already paid and were leaving he insisted to accept the hard chair on the hall or else would be over 20 minutes wait. Do not throw the word easily but seems like R M was the problem. All colours of people deserve the same treatment and this waiter should learn to understand people with disability. Have been there many times and the food prep people are the real workers. This waiter is the worst ever.
