I went to this location, in order to purchase a dessert, and was told that I wasn't allowed to have a glass of water as I waited, by one of the employees, unless I chose a table to sit at. This may not seem like a big deal to some but, as a paying customer (Whether in-store or takeout) why would I be refused such a basic service?I spoke to the manager about this and he seemed baffled by what I was told. He said that this is not basic practice and that he didn't know why I was told this. So I went back to the lady who denied my request and informed her that I spoke to her boss. Her response was to ignore me and pretend that she was too busy to stand with me, and discuss the issue.When she finally gets back to me, she quickly let's me know that she is going to get me the water, continuing her ignorance, while not letting me address my issue with what she tried to do and simply speed walking into the other direction, despite the fact that I tried to tell her that I no longer wanted anything from her. In the end, I was able to pay for my dessert and as I am walking away, she tries to act as though she did her job but that I was reluctant to oblige her. This was clearly for her benefit, as she wanted to make sure that everyone saw her offer the water, to me, as I declined her gesture. The store as a whole is cool, but people like that...

Juliette & Chocolat has a nice atmosphere, relatively friendly staff, and great food! I had their crepes and the food tasted amazing and was a large portion, especially for the price! Staff are quite friendly. However, I found that the service was a bit slow.
The place is big and has no problem seating big groups, which is a real plus. Though, it does take some time for our orders to come even if the place isn’t busy. The timing of the orders come differently, leaving some still waiting or some with an almost finished plate. Otherwise, the ambience is nice and the food is good!
I went there a couple of times. The desserts are good, however the brunch is not good at all. The potatoes were old, and it did not really worth it. I also went there one time thirty minutes before the store closes and they did not allow us inside saying that the Google hours are not correct and we are closed.

I used to love Juliette restaurants, and while the service has never been great (I think they've always had a lot of employee turnover), a recent experience was particularly bad. While long wait times (around 45 minutes for an $8 hot chocolate) can be somewhat expected during covid, the total disregard for any sanitary procedure was concerning. The hostess looked around for a rag, found a dirty one on the counter near the door, and gave the table one swipe in one direction as if cleaning 1/8 of the surface would help... Didn't exactly make us feel comfortable!

Ce resto nous a fait attendre plus d'une heure sans avoir nos repas, sans réchaud de café et surtout sans aucune explication. Nous nous sommes faits dire à répétition que nos plats seraient prêts d'ici 5 minutes. Vraiment pénible surtout considérant que nous étions avec un bébé de un an.
