Ordered on Uber Eats. Instead of Dr. Pepper, I got Coke. And instead of 4$ yogurt parfait, I got caramel cake @3, 75$ but still charged 4$! The salad didn't have dressing-not even mayonnaise. The garden salad is mostly salad with pickle and an egg + 2 thin slices of yellow pepper and part of trio 12.95$ (panini, drink and dessert). The turkey panini wasn't bad but unimpressive. The napkins were shot in a bag from a canon cause not properly folded and looks a wee bit dirty. Will clean my toilet instead of wiping my mouth with it! Never again!
Since the owners have changed, the new staff is not able to handle the demand. I was in a line up of 13 people which is typical for this place and ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order after I had paid my bill. They refused to refund me when I wanted to leave after 15min of waiting. Also, 8 people that were behind me in the line-up ended up grabbing their orders before mine.
I ordered two portions of shepherd’s pie. Utterly disappointing experience. The meat in the pie was extremely salty…almost tasted like they dumped a whole jar of salt in it. I took a few bites and then had to throw everything away because the pie was just not edible. I contacted them via my delivery app and they claimed everything they served was “normal”. This will be my last time patronizing this restaurant…I’d rather flush away my 20 dollars through the toilet than spending them here.
I always like the grilled chicken with spicy sauce, and their phili steak and the mac&chees. but I don't know why when you order by Uber it is not as should be.
We ordered 4 panini’s from here a couple of months ago. Philly cheese steak, gyro, roast beef and smoked meat Panini. So the Philly Steak is my second favorite but the best is the roast beef! It is so good! The smoked meat has less meat in my opinion but the gyro is even worse! So if I’m looking for a sandwich late late night, I would definitely order the roast beef panini!!!

I read how bad reviews were since the new owner joined, but decided to give it a try:- used to order the ribs panini before and its no longer on the menu (UberEAT)- Ordered a greek donner with extra $ tatziki and $ Feta----> got a fake-a** pannini (bread is no longer the same and is too puffy/chewy/hard) with very dried and suspicious meat, condiments that look unfresh.Cherry on the top: they forgot my extra tatziki and did not add any feta cheese which paid for.I literally had to hook up the sandwich to make it tasty while hoping I dont get sick [email protected] owner: you should have already taken actions with all of these bad reviews. Step up your game and please, do not blame covid on this poor management.
I DoorDashed 1X Panini bocconcini and tomatoes + pesto and 1X Panini soprano No Bruschetta....I must say both were delicious. Loved the bread firm but chewy + Fresh veggies and cold cuts and special instructions followed...Maybe they are stepping up from past bad comments?
Thus place is popular all the time. There's a reason why they offer 24hr service. The food is excellent and the owners have endured that they're available for their hungry fans. A great variety of panini sandwiches, plus they've added mac and cheese, Sheppard's pue, lasagnes, not to mention a variety of salads and desserts. I would eat there in average twtce a week. You can't go wrong with anything you order, and the prices are affordable for fresh, good quality food.
Only the Italian panini doesn't taste bland. Also, they let people inside smoke, some staff are friendly, some treat you like they own you and go so slow. I gave them more than 1 chance but after having to wait there with those 2 guys smoking inside I think I won't go back again, they should be fined for that.
So many obviously fake reviews marked as 'most relevant'. This place is a health hasard. Nobody wears a mask, workers are rude, pretty sure I saw a worker pick bread off the floor and use it for a sandwich. Didn't want to make a scene, but threw my food out immediately and am never coming back here again. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a restaurant.
