What a GEM! The owner Howard is one of the nicest owners I have ever met and the food (taste and value) was amazing. We had a group accommodated for dinner and could not have asked for a better experience. The food is so fresh and flavourful and the environment so welcoming. I will def be coming back.
Great sushi and the nicest restaurant owner. He squeezed us in last minute and went above and beyond for us to have a great dinner. Definitely recommend! If you are in the area and crave sushi, this is the place to go!
Delicious sushi made fresh. Shout out to Howard, the owner. One of the nicest people and goes out of the way for his customers. Great hospitality, he made the meals something to remember. The photos of the sushi speak for themselves.
Delicious, fresh & affordable - have to say Izu is one of the best sushi places I have ever eaten at. The owner is so nice & accomodating - it is a take out place but he kindly let my partner & I sit down & enjoy our sushi after a long day exploring. It was incredibly yummy - the sushi rolls were big (impressed!), the ingredients fresh (the right amount of flavours in the roll to be extremely satisfying & delicious!), & the rolls didnt fall apart in the sauces, (expertly made! Honestly biggest pet peeve is when rolls collapse in the soy sauce - this did not happen here!) & the kitchen/restaurant were extremely clean & well looked after - we ate & enjoyed every bite. I am sad this sushi restaurant isn't in my city, it would definitely become my go to sushi place - thank you so much for the wonderful experience & amazing sushi, cannot wait to go back to Montréal & eat again!
Nevwr been to Montréal and was with partner and we had walked all day an taking in the city sites and wanted sushi for a couple days but kept ordering other types of food. We seen Izusushi and just wanted to sit and eat. The owner was friendly and polite and said since we were visiting he would make the best meal ever with a smile. To make a long story short it was the tastiest and most delicious , affordable and very fresh. We loved it so much we are going back to Montréal next week.Lol jk but seriously it was one of the top 5 sushi restaurants we have ever eaten a.d highly recommend eating there. Thank you so much for making it an excellent dining experience.
