Deserves 6 stars. Inventive, delicious, and beautifully executed. Service was exceptional. Worth going out of your way to come here.It’s a 7 course tasting, plus when we went a seeded role with herbed butter that was so good I wouldn’t have been upset if it counted as a course. My partner had the wine pairings, a few of which she loved, and it’s good value for the $—as is the restaurant overall, it’s shockingly good for the $. I tried a couple mocktails, one of which was beautiful, the other very good. Four of the courses were jaw dropping for their creative, delicious, perfection. The others, if not quite revelatory, were still excellent—delicious and perfectly executed.
We enjoyed the good service, out of the ordinary wine pairing and dishes that felt prepared by someone with a love of food, a sense of adventure and a passion for fresh ingredients and how they can be combined together to enhance your culinary experience. The experience was a 7-course meal with wine pairing at the end of spring. Menu changes a few times a year, so we will definitely come back. The vibe is very relaxed, casual, but the food is refined and delightful.
A great experience from start to finish. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and both of us being foodies, we were told this is the place! Well, it certainly was. 7 course tasting menu to perfection. Seasonal veggies are a big part of the dishes and food I never thought I would appreciate (vegan, ceviche) I loved. The wine pairing was nice as well and the sommelier experienced. We dat at the bar and we are glad we did. The service impeccable and every single person was warm and friendly. Highly recommended!!

What an absolute experience/treat/pleasure dining here was. You don't find many of these gems around."Good food is like music you can taste, color you can smell. You need only be aware to stop and savor it” Gusteau - Ratatouille 2007. Watching the artists at work through the kitchen window and tasting their works of masterfully crafted flavors along with the explanations of every dish by the wonderful staff, I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. This was more than just a meal, it was art.A must try and will definitely come again when I'm in Montreal.

It’s a place for experience and expect $$$. We had a 7C meal with wine pairing. I’d recommend for presentation, atmosphere and experience. Wasn’t happy with the sommelier… her English explanation wasn’t clear and ruined my wine pairing experience.
