Amazing goat and mutton. V hot hot sauce. The 20$ meal feeds two ppl so good deal. Fun take out and eat in the park and pick up a beer at the beer store nearby

Great place for authentic tasting Joloff Rice visited this place in the St Laurent branch. Had the $25 Rice and Fish was really a taste of Africa. I will put this on my top 5 places to eat in Montreal for the future
I visited the Hot Africa Restaurant located on 5121 St Laurent Montreal not the Queen Mary one same owners. This establishment was well maintain and clean inside which impressed me greatly. I ordered the jollof rice and grill fish with plantain. Which I tried in Ghana when I was on vacation. This dish was so much African flavored. It was mind blogging to has such similar flavors as the mother land. and my $25 dollar dish was worth $80 will be back next week again.

Really if you considered yourself African and never ate here, you should be ashamed lol ?... really good food, reminding me of back home. Then again the portions are bigger, i just reduced the rice and plantain in a more healthier and balance way and kept the rest for another meal!
