Along with Maison Publique, this place is worth the trek. Montréal has its fair share of “flashy” restaurants that don’t deliver on complex, detailed flavors. This place, however, brought out the tastes of Québec’s emerging culinary scene, and in delightful ways too. I was intrigued by how delicious the Érable, Pomme, Gingembre, and Sésame dessert was in the end, considering the simplicity of the ingredients.Bravo and see you again soon!
amazing ! We called only a few minutes before going and they quickly found a place at the bar for us (we were two).The menu is exquisite, the food is refined and fresh. They don’t have “vegan” nor “vegetarian” dishes but if you ask, they will adapt to your needs (allergies or simply no meat, no fish,…).Even though we were sitting at the bar, we had an impeccable service: attentive waiters and a nice barman!We will definitely go back!
Our experience started with the parking… it was so easy to find a spot, there’s tons practically next to the restaurant.Food was amazing, the ingredients they use are all high quality and combinations are sophisticated and offer novelty. Their focus is on fire, smoke, grill - with the open kitchen concept it creates a cozy atmosphere for the guests. Service was warm and all their people seem knowledgeable.Great experience, can’t wait to bring more of my friends there.
First time coming to this location and ordered the tasting menu as I have never tried it before. For those who are hesitant on what to order, you and your table cannot go wrong with the tasting menu as each plates compliment each other.Our tasting menu consisted of cantaloupe with goat cheese, grilled focaccia with whipped butter, sashimi with nectarine, pancetta ravioli, duck, lemon meringue and a citrusy ice cream sandwich. All dishes were great and varied in texture that made you enjoy each dish in different ways. They can also substitute certain dishes to match with each person's dietary restriction, which is very appreciative and accommodating.The service was excellent with the staffs being attentive with our table, refilling our glasses of water and wine in a timely manner, and explaining the menus in a comprehensive fashion. The food all arrived on time, which avoids the obligation of waiting for the last person to receive their meal before eating.If you want to have an excellent date night or a small group dinner, I highly recommend this establishment. The only thing that may deter a few people are the prices of the meals, but it is one of the few exceptions where I think the cost justifies the experience!
Si vous rechercher une expérience culinaire avec une brigade dévouée, attention et parfaite au niveau de l'exécution de leurs plats. Réservez à ce restaurant. Tous les plats que nous avons reçus étaient soigneusement concoctée et les saveurs de tous les plats étaient harmonieuses. Avec de très bons vins et plusieurs cocktails. Je recommande fortement. Il est tombé dans mon top 5 des restos à Montréal. Très hâte à ma prochaine visite. Merci pour cette soirée sans faute
Après 2 ans de pandémie sans sortie, quelle belle expérience a vivre que celle du coin du feu $$$$ mais quel belle expérience a se payer une fois, pour se gâtée, pour célébrer ou pour juste appréciée de la bouffe bien préparée Merci a l’équipe se fut une soirée qui a fait tellement de bien
With the COVID Restrictions in place when we went there, I have to admit that the attention to details and overall experience was top notch. Food overall was 4.5 on 5, we had many dishes, only one was a miss for me. All others were good to great. Wine chosen (with help) was great choice. Service quality was impeccable.
Tried Hoogan and Beaufort at le central. Had the trout with potatoes and mussels. Delicious. Great service.

Food was excellent, service was quick and efficient even though the place was packed. Everything on the menu was good , I can’t pick a favorite. I would definitely recommend this place, if you’re in the area . High end cuisine in a industrial / casual setting. And great wine selection!
