This review is 100% legit, and i am equally sure that owner will hide it because this is truth and truth always hurts.Sandwiches which costs 13-15$ or any other which comes with meat is not fresh, all meat is frozen, which is totally acceptable for low price sandwiches but you being a customer pays 13-15$ for a good meal and what you get is store bought 2-3$ FROZEN CHICKEN AND SALMON. Why would someone pay a good amount for frozen meat which they could do it by themselves at home. There are other restaurants who serve fresh daily cut meat and fresh products at lower price than this cafe.Another thing if you really like service from any employee please tip them in cash, NEVER TIP VIA CARD because owner are too cheap to share what belongs to employees they think that tips earned are for them and not who provided the service.Also, the reviews which are 5 star are not 100% from the customer willing, most of them are BEGGED by management to have a good rating.Doing this is a part of training.Employment wise you should never put your foot in this brand, payday is always a mess no matter how long have you been working, you talk to them your write emails text messages but one thing made sure is YOU ARE NEVER HEARD, like you are underpaid at first and then they will try to settle it with cash so, they will deduct all taxes and benefits you need to pay and give you the amount which you should get but deductions made is for the taxes and benefits is not paid to government rather they keep it to themselves. How do i know? Because unfortunately I worked here and thats whyI decided to speak and so i did but there are many other employees who suffered a lot more but didn’t spoke because they were frightened and DD they were not aware of their rights.
Nice place.Coffee and lattes were very good.Some of the best bagels I’ve ever tasted. Ingredients were fresh. Place was clean and very cute. Nice ambiance. The staff was quite friendly and profesional. Stopping here is a real treat.Highly recommended.

I wish this closed later in the day! The food is very good and the ambiance is perfect to work and study. Although it is quite cold, especially in the back next to the windows, this is a very cool place. I was a bit disappointed with the salad I had one time, I found it quite small for the price, but the bagels are always up to par, very good.
Me and wife are traveling from Florida, USA. We came across this bagel place and were amazed on how great the bagels were. So soft so delecious. I ended up having 2 more lol. Michelle and Manmohan were amazing. Especially Michelle her customer service was the best. If I owned a business here I would definitely steal her lol. Thank you Michelle for unforgettable experience ever. Best bagels in town for sure. Especially if Michelle and Manmohan are serving them to you.
An amazing end to an amazing vacation. Absolutely loved the bagels ...the mumbai the Sherbrooke, even the plain sesame bagel with cream cheese was amazing. The people working here were so sweet and warm. Must go to breakfast place in montreal.
Love this place, I come all the time. Staff is great, they gave me a bag of their bagels because they forget to add chips with my bagel, which was really no big deal, I just let them know and they added them and I offered to pay for the chips in case it turned out I forgot to order them. A very sweet lady then came to mine and my friend's table and gave us a bag of sesame bagels as an apology which was unnecessary as there was no inconvenience at all but it was highly appreciated as their bagels are delicious.
Best bagels EVERRR, friendly and helpful staff, great tasty menu reasonably priced, cute place....what else can you ask for?! The bagel quality is EXCEPTIONAL, fresh, good consistency, soft texture, very flavorful, good fresh and toasted, and filling! Just toasted with some butter makes them a luxurious snack ? I've been trying them all and honestly, they're ALL that good and I'm not even exaggerating. I think Saint-Viateur is overrated - this place is better! You should totally go and get some good bagels and tasty sandwiches!!!
My go to place for a good bagel and coffee near Concordia's campus. Lots of tables and wifi so a great spot to do some studying when you need to leave the library!
