Best burger out of all the fast food joints ... hands down. All fresh toppings , tomatoes , pickles , onions ,lettuce... been going to harveys for over 40 years and the quality has not changed ever.
It takes forever to get the order, 3 workers are behind the counter with no stress, very slowly doing there jobs. Is just unbelievable how long it takes to receive my order. I’m very disappointed with the service.
The night staff is probably the most depressing. Unnecessary attitude as if they're upset that you're ordering. I'm giving it 2 point because I'm glad it's open when i get off from work. But i swear sometimes there's dirt in my fries
I know that we can’t dinning in during the pandemic. But I just want to order something to go, they saids I am not allowed to get into the restaurant and asked me to line up outside behind the cars during the winter ,seriously ? If you don’t want people to get into the restaurant, you should at least open another counter for those people who don’t come here with cars.
Have been a few times. Tasty food, good prices, lots of toppings to choose from. I am courteous with the staff and they are the same to me. Don't be shy to (politely) specify if you want just a bit of sauce, otherwise they might put a lot.

This rating is for the guy who generally makes sandwiches on the online counter. I don’t know the name of the guy but he’s an Asian (mentioned only for the description so that if the owner reads this he might have an idea about who I am talking) the guy is extremely rude. He first made us pay for the sauce. We were never asked before to pay for extra but it’s alright; maybe the people serving us before didn’t know and we didn’t either so it’s acceptable. The problem was tone of that guy. After that, we were missing 8 chicken strips from our order and we went to let them know. The guy said I gave you the right number I know and then turned our back on us while we were explaining that we order 20 strips but got only 12. He kept denying to even listen to us unless an elderly woman working there intervened and told him that we were really missing an order. The guy didn’t even have the courtesy to just give a smile and apologize. After all this we just lost our appetite. We took our food and left. We spent almost $100 on our order just to bear the rude behaviour of an impudent employee. There are plenty of Harvey’s in Montreal and I’ll love to go anywhere but this place ??
It was one of the worst experiences that I have had. Looks like this if a franchisee store and the owner is just trying to cut corners everywhere.The drink machine has a note saying "No refills please".I ordered their spicy poutine and it was missing their spicy sauce. I had this poutine in Ontario and my mouth was literally on fire.On the burger, I asked for 2 pickles, the employee just put 1 and ignored as if he did not hear, so I again and to put another pickle.The store was not clean, no water to wash hands in the washroom. This store is a disgrace to the Harvey brand.
Harveys offers a really good Angus burger with the toppings and sauces that you can choose on the spot. It is not pricey at all and among the fast-food restaurants, they serve the best burgers.
