Went to the Harvey's drive thru at this location where you can also order items from st Hubert. The lady taking my order was great and patient. They asked at the window if we wanted to leave a tip which I guess is becoming more normal in this day and age. I do wish that employers could simply just pay their workers liveable wages rather than passing it on to consumers. We had to wait some time for our order in the other spots for drive thru, but that was okay since we know the burgers were being cooked then and there. Overall, Harvey's has definitely replaced mcdonald's as my go to takeout spot when I'm craving a burger.
I would like to add to my comment that the restaurant management staff took care of this extremely well, they contacted me, apologized and took accountability and most importantly are leveraging the feedback to help Drive awareness with their staff for future customers served. I have updated my score to four stars to reflect the fact that they acted upon my concern and provided a resolution.Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Took over 30 minutes to get our order prepared. Food was soggy, presentation was not appetizing at all to the point my daughter didn't want her burger. This is a picture of what the burgers looked like. Considering a trio is in the range of $15 per person, you would think they would serve better quality food. Fries were cold and soggy to the point they tasted wet. Never ordering from here ever again.
Bad experience ever to any harveys they don’t have their menu items not just one many itemsIn the afternoon time not int the night time and most of the vegetables are looking soggy
It's the best dining place with the good furniture or the restaurant is very hygiene. Moreover the best part is the harveys burgers are very fresh and the best part is the worker welcome their guests as a God. Which feel very special. Thank you so much for your service and I enjoy a alot food over there.
Good service. Neat and very spacious eating area. Nice staff as well. Definitely coming back. Also great place for large groups.
Initially complained about this fast food resto prompting me for tips. But owner called back withing 2 MINUTES of posting review. Extremely impressive. Obviously really cares.
The person at the take out counter always asks for a tip for the staff. Very unusual for a fast food outlet. Harvey's should pay their staff better and eliminate tipping.
I just got home with my order. The food was cold and the onion rings were missing! When I called the supervisor "Nathan" said you can come and pick them up for "free"!!! Wow isn't that great service that he is offering to give me my own onion rings for FREE!!!!! This is terrible service and unforgiveable that he is unable to even apologize. I am really disappointed. In today's world you better show your customers respect and that you value them. I honestly felt nothing of this. Harvey's you need to do a better job.
