My brother-in-law ended up picking up some dinner. Disclaimer, it was a 10m drive to arrive home.The onion rings were stone cold. The hot dogs were over dressed (as you can tell).I was not pleased overall. Would not recommend, sadly.
They always forget an item in the order and today they forgot a whole trio. Only order there if you're ready to have a hard time and constantly ask for a refund.
Sadly, the staff cannot complete an order right. They forgot items and had a hard time getting things down.
Food tastes good. Service is good but sometimes can be slow. During peak hours, wait time is minimal. Its the slower times that makes the difference. Maybe less staff or they don't care as much. Overall it's good enough for me to keep going back ?
They try to guilt- trip you into tipping at the drive-thru... pathetic!BTW I usually always tip ?

Service is fast and friendly and the condiments were fresh, not too good at keeping paper in the bathroom and napkins right after lunch rush.
Very clean, fast service, food was served perfectly hot and tasted just like what Harvey's should taste. Delicious. And loved the fact that they are environmentally contious, no plastic forks gave me a metal one and no plastic cup covers or tray paper. Soon they will have biodegradable paper straws. Enjoy!
Always fresh patty's cooked in front of you, how can u say no to such a juicy burgers like that!
