As always Harvey's makes a hamburger, a beautiful thing !
We used to love this restaurant! We almost ordered every week. For the last few months, it seems the quality control went down sadly. Many items missing from the order when it arrives. Wrong items (meat burger instead of the veg one, a peach redbull instead of a 7up, etc.) also.We will stop ordering from this restaurant atm.
Never buy to this place, if you want to get salmonella sure. But not me.You better just closing the restaurant at this point.
Very poor customer service had the worst experience ordering my food! I speak English and they refused to talk back to me in English !!I had to point out what I wanted in my burger and even with doing so, she kept putting the wrong items in and the wrong sauce. AI DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND STAFF DON’T LISTEN TO YOU

Harvey's is my absolute favorite Burger franchise and this one has had exceptional service for many years

Bad and very slow service, employees not professional, tried vegetarian burger but not tasty.
the app doesn't work at all so i went to the place to order my food and the lady helping preparing my sandwiches wasn't doing them correctly, she put the vegetables in the wrong burgers and didn't even ask me if i wanted sauce added to them. i asked for a slushy and the machine was down as well, they were good burgers but i would've liked them more if they got my order correct.
Staff lacking proper communication skills !! My burger was completely dry because the lady didn't even bother asking me what sauce do I want , and after I pointed out to her repeatedly that I want to add a condiment she continued to wrap my burger in the paper while looking complete confused !!Oh and both the Lettuce and the pickles looked DEAD !!Never again
