the place is dirty starting from the entrance, the attention of the waitress was null and in the end she demanded a higher tip! They can't demand a good tip when the service is bad! obviously she got very angry saying high-sounding words in his language! the glasses were dirty, the place is not what one expects! I do not recommend it!!This one is the only one!!
I went for dinner, and although the food is alright, the service leaves a little something to be desired. There was what appeared to be a large takeout order before our table and as a result we got our food a lot later than usual. Furthermore, getting one of the waitresses' attention is difficult even though there were only two tables of people in the entire restaurant. In addition, I always get the distinct impression that the waitress is impatient with us when ordering and she has in fact snapped at us in the past (yelling at the entire table once).Usually, the fried food (like the sweet and sour pork) is good, but this time it tasted slightly burnt. I think the oil may have been too old, which rendered the meal less enjoyable.For some reason, the restaurant no longer serves soup with the dinner, presumably to cut back on costs which is a also bit disappointing.Overall, it's not bad, standard food, but the service could be improved. Quite frankly, all the staff is really kind and attentive except for that one waitress, which is a shame because it brings down the quality of the restaurant.
Over charge when picking up!The prices on their website are pumped up (by 2$, 3$ or 4$ per dish), when asked why they answered that they give more food per container when picking up?!?! Not right, should be the price on the site PERIOD. The food is good otherwise.
I've been ordering via Skip the dishes for the past three days (stuck in the office) and all three times the food was amazing! Chicken corn soup to Singapore noodles to beef with chinese broccoli and the general tao... all wonderful! Cant wait to try the other items on the menu... Keep up the great work and thank you for the delicious food service. A+++
I think dimsum restaurants are harder to find today. Especially, the good ones. Each time I come here, it always made me think of the family time I had. Over all these years, I can can say their quality kept up with time?.For those that never worked in a restaurant, you will never understand the hardship these staffs are facing. When 1 waiter vs all customers, isn't it common sense that its hard to keep a smiley face while serving? As customers...damm...give some patience and respect and everything will go through.Then people say: Why not hiring more staffs???? Well...Ask yourself this question first:would you want to do that job? Miaow...you say no. Haha...people are reluctant to enter this industry because you know it...I give Foo Lam and all their good staffs all my emotional support❤
Zero star???the food taste very bad , the meat look like preheated and very bad smell, you can break your tooth when you try to eat it and the smell is awfull ????the rice has no salt or spicesUnfortunately the food was untouchable had to order something elseI don’t recommend at all and the food was cold
Pretty good dim sum place. The food is good but service is a bit slow. I think they have trouble getting staffs. You can see the boss and waiters were doing all the chores.
Dim Sum quality is below average.
Good value, better quality/freshness foods since Covid. Definitely a place to encourage!
