Well deserving off each one of these stars. Coffee, service, atmosphere, and a cookie so fantastically tender and buttery that Is certainly held together by its own will power.
I got the key lime swirl ice cream and it was so good! The small size was only $4. Will probably be going back for another one haha
Been coming to this place for the last few years and this place just keeps getting better and better. Always greeted with warmth and cheer. Will never get tired of their lattes, maple cake, focaccia and swirl ice-cream. My dog is also a big fan of their pupsicles :) thanks for always providing a great experience!
Service was great and very welcoming! Desserts are fresh and one of the best matchas ive had !! (Usually they're grainy or artificial) this quality was good
The coffee was decent but the croissant sandwich I ordered was pretty awful. Very average croissant that was way over-baked with a thin slice of ham and cheese. They pulled it out of the fridge and warmed up in a small oven and it was really dry. It was definitely not worth the $7 that they charge for it. At least make it fresh!
It’s a cute cafe but definitely not worth $8 for two tiny scoops of gelato. The gelato has strong flavor but a bit too sweet. Customer service was just ok, not so friendly
When Café Florence opened, it was a messy, food wasn’t the best quality. Then a year after, I saw a huge improvement especially in food and drinks. And now with the renovations, it’s one of the most beautiful café. It’s more spacious. The sitting area is more inviting. Florence offers the best latte in town; it’s smooth, silky and tasty. I always go there for the latte. My sister is obsessed with their matcha lattes. Last summer, I did try their sorbet and ice creams; it’s average in taste and their cones that they offer is grocery store style. Let’s see if this summer, if they upgraded in their ice cream section. So far, this place is getting better by the year… until next time.
Not only is this spot ideal for studying or simply to read a good book, it’s the staff that makes this cafe such a success over the years! Their attention to detail, hard work, friendliness and overall professionalism makes Florence Cafe one of my favorite cafes on the whole island of Montreal! Come and enjoy the music, their variety of yummy food (the lasagna or pastéis de nata are to die for!), amazing gelato flavours, donuts made with love, and high quality caffeine! They even offer dog treats if you swing by with your doggo! It’s hard not to fall in love with this place… Be cool, be kind and support your local caffeine dealer, you won’t regret it!
Great coffee shop in st-Henri. The staff is amazing and always a smile on their face even when super crowded. It’s been non-stop since I sat down 2 hours ago. Awesome job guys. Keep up the good work! Delicious pastries and perfect atmosphere to sit by the window and drink my delicious Cortado.
Since six months ago my wife and I stop by this coffee shop on our way to Costco. Every other week we like to have this little moment of happiness: the moka and the patisserie are awesome. But today, one of your baristas made us feel not welcome. My experience wasn’t ruined because he made a mistake with our order, that’s absolutely normal and we don’t mind; he fixed it. But when I say a clear “thank you”, and the guy doesn’t answer, then my wife says “thank you” again and she is ignored by the barista, well, that is not the kind of experience we like to have.We would like to be treated in the same way he treated the gentleman that was before us.You don’t have to be rude, mate.
