Very fresh, peaceful environs (was the only one there, with top 40 radio in background which i like) had crepe with wonderfully prepared asparagus and things folded in, mushrooms, a little hollandaise and cheese. Subtle, worth it for a slightly more elevated breakfast than my usual eggs and potatoes. Elegantly served, made me feel good.

We went to En Couleur in May 2019 actually, but were just thinking about this place and remembering how amazing the Crêpes and the hot chocolate were. Since we didn’t leave a review then, we’ll just do it now ? The staff was extremely friendly and the food and drinks tasted freshly made, just amazing! We will come back again for sure as we have very fond memories about Quebec, the people and the food.
I'll be honest the crepe I had was just okay. It took a long time for our food to come out. My breakfast came out 20 minutes before my partners. Only one person worked there doing everything. The price for my breakfast was steep and frankly not worth it. Given this experience you may be wondering why I gave it 4 stars.This is why: The man working there was accommodating and kind. My partners breakfast could feed an entire family. His was delicious and well cooked. The space was charming and it's a small business I want to support in a big city.
Wonderful place to enjoy savory crepes with very friendly staff!
We walked in here not knowing what to expect but the ratings were high so we thought let’s try it! The food was really great and the staff were some of the nicest most attentive I’ve ever seen! We had ordered a plain crepe as a side but by the time we got through our large portions of main food, the crepe wasn’t as hot. So the staff didn’t even charge us for it and said “you didn’t eat it when it was warm so you didn’t enjoy it as much and shouldn’t have to pay!” I was blown away by their care and attention and can’t recommend here highly enough. Also a plus for the rock and roll fans as the music here is unique ?

Amazing food. Great staff and definitely would come back. Live that it's just down the road from my hotel. I had the Philly, lemon, blueberries cream cheese and pecans with a chocolate drizzle.
