I was having a gourmet donut craving for months but didn't have time to pick any up, was dying to try this place based on the pics and reviews on Google. Sadly I was not impressed with any of the flavours and I'd have to agree with the other Google reviewers about the bland flavours and the freshness of them. I picked them up at 11am so they should have been super fresh. The decor inside and the effort put in on the details/ garnishes on top of the donuts were amazing but the flavor was lacking, my whole work team agreed. Also the staff at the counter was as cold as a dead fish.
I love coming here! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the donuts are absolutely delicious and being on the smaller side I don’t feel guilty for eating several at a time, and the visual design of the store is clean, modern, and cute. I’ve only been able to experience the season 11 flavors but I’m excited to see what new donuts await in following seasons. My favorites from season 11 is the banana poutine (there’s banana pudding inside YUM!), the velvet dreams (red velvet cake!), and the cinder-nut-ella (Nutella inside!!)
The donuts were SO yummy!My friend surprised me with them for my birthday, and we ended up devouring them within a few hours (we were busy working at the same time, otherwise they'd be devoured within minutes)!My favourite ones were the Oreo donut and the one with the sprinkles!Definitely recommend them, and will definitely have some again!
First time trying DoughNats and I "DoughNat" know why I didn't try them sooner! ? So yummy and the packaging is cute too! Wish I could leave more than five stars.Thank you for going above and beyond and leaving a little birthday message for my friend. ?
Fun flavours and lots of options for dietary restrictions which is great. I love the fact you can order ahead for pickup the same day. The presentation is really cute. I would definitely recommend them for special occasions and get togethers.
My brother is allergy to milk, flour, peanuts, nuts and many more, and he was able to eat these amazing donuts!! It was his first time EVER having a donut and he was so happy! The manager Christiane was simply amazing: she sent me all the ingredients and made sure the donuts were safe for him to eat.I am beyond grateful for Doughnats and for what they create! They are so tasty and you can really feel they were made with love and passion.

Donuts are cute and taste good but the taste is not special. The girl at the cash was apparently having a bad day and seemed annoyed to serve us and was putting us in a hurry to make the order. There were two of them and the other one (serving another customer) was super friendly, though.
