We had a wonderful meal at Deville Dining. I had a burger and my daughter had the chicken and waffles. Truly delicious...exceptional flavour. Bar service was superb as well as our waiter. Decor in this restaurant is unique and lends a fun ambience. Had the beignets for dessert.....also amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was very good. All the staff were professional and courteous. The portions, hamburgers, were very generous.

Service was great at first but less-so once the restaurant got busy. A glass of wine I ordered never arrived and I was delivered the wrong salad. (I asked for chopped but got Caesar). It felt hectic in the moment and I wanted to make sure my kids and husband were all happy with their meals so I just took the salad, which was fine. When our bill arrived it was significantly higher than we expected. Upon inspection there were several items we hadnât ordered on the bill. We brought it to our serverâs attention and she realized another tableâs order had been added to our bill. She fixed it of course but no real apology was offered. I think it was just too busy! Honestly, she was very sweet and appeared to be working hard but maybe itâs the same old issue as everywhere and they just donât have enough staff right now. All in all, it was a fun place and our meals were OK (tuna tacos were amazing and we all wish we had just ordered a bunch of those!) but the almost-overcharge at the end and the feeling of being forgotten about a few times soured the experience for us. It might be bette if you go at a less busy time.
I find it is a bit too loud. Please adjust. Also our drinks took too long and we were in a hurry to go to a concert. However we had fun, thanks

I really cannot praise this place enough. I first discovered it many years ago and it is always my first supper in Montreal spot when I returnALWAYS the best food, the best service, fun ambience. The cocktails are fun and creative. The food though, my gosh. Such a fun twist on American classics. Probably good I don't live in Quebec or I'd weigh a lot more bcuz of this place ?
