Got good service, I think, it was an owner. Some products are overpriced, though. Not too easy to find parking around.

I don't go to Deli Queen too often, because of the absence of the parking in front of the store. But on my last visit,I got disappointed at the quality of prepared food. The chicken noodle soup tasted sour and looked like it went bad,I had to throw it away..Usually good, the borscht tasted like it was diluted with lots of water. The only thing that was good were the crepes stuffed with meat, yummy and fresh.Overall, I would not recommend this store, the stuff was not friendly, typical Soviet ladies, the products don't look fresh to me.

This store of European cuisine and everyone's favorite delicacies is the best in Montreal and the area. It is completed with so much love and care, so full and full of goods that it is immediately visible and very pleasant. Thank you for being with us!

Decided to try Russian food after knowing the Russian idol Lelush, so I went to this place. It’s a very neat place with tons of food and chocolates. Fair price and the chocolate pies I picked are very good. Read some comments regarding the service, cmon it’s just a grocery store, since we don’t tip them so why having such high expectations on the service and see it like a 5 start hotel. As long as they don’t mess up your change, it’s all good to me. And to my surprise they seem friendly to me, def better than some other grocery store cashiers who love giving you their side eyes. I would like to come again to try more stuffs.

Very good and friendly russian store! Even it's small but u can find everything , I love it.

Been going there reluctantly on a rare occasion to pick up a couple of items not found elsewhere.I would like to go more often but unless you are Russian speaking , you are viewed with suspicion by unfriendly staff , I am guessing the old Soviet way of suspicion is still around for some.NEVER a thank you after you pay .I have never bothered writing a review due to rarely going there.Today however amongst other items I bought a small chunk of Russian sunflower halva that is cut up and wrapped in the store.Once home I unwrapped the cellophane only to find a long single hair strand that an employee "lost" that ended up in there.I chucked it out as going back to exchange it would have meant an argument and for 3.00 I can't be bothered.I am guessing hair nets have not made it yet to this Soviet era style store.I can put up with unfriendly store staff on occasion but no one should put up with a store not practicing the minimum food safety measures .Stores are legally obliged to have staff wear hair nets.

Best russian store in town 100%

The staff could be more attentive and friendly
