I understand that complying with kashrut might add immensely to the costs but even after taking this into consideration the prices at this location were unreasonably high. And the menus that I ordered I found out to be quite average though had to pay more than double the normal price of the same menu outside. The owners are so lovely and kind though.
To be honest, it was my first time tasting this type of smoked meat sandwich, so I cannot compare it to Schwartz or other similar sandwiches.But if you are curious and thinking of trying it, I really don't suggest!It's not bad in taste, but it was nothing special at all, just juicy meat without smoke tast or special spices, no special sauce, nothing.And you pay $21+tax for a medium sandwich!! It's not worth it at allSo I'd be more happy with a Subway sandwich, or a simple burger.
Smoked meat baquette and sandwhich was expensive, but worth it. The baquette has a lot of meat and delicious toppings. The owner was also very nice, and provided us advise as to which items to choose. If you are looking for halal deli meats or kosher, this is a great spot to visit.

They microwave in front of us the food and after it's still cold! Would not recommand this place. (Unless you would like to pay a lot for not good food quality)
My husband and I were looking for a quick bite to eat. I googled “”kosher near me” …we picked up 2 smoke meat sandwiches. We got to my parents house… they were very good. ( high on the price) but that is the price you pay for kosher meat. It was easy to find.The guys behind the counter should smile more:). Why not… smiling ? is free!

Extremely slow service and both servers were very confused on how to operate the cash registers. Bad customer service!! Wouldnt visit again.
Let me preface this review by saying I've been traveling to Montreal specifically for the food for over a decade now, so this is a big deal to me.This was the best smoked meat I ever had.Better than Schwartz's.And it's kosher! And reasonably priced!I asked for a fatty cut and oh boy did they deliver!Get. Hyped.
This is a take-out only place. Three of us ate, we each had a four ounce smoked meat on rye sandwich. The sandwich was good, it came with a small coleslaw and a dill pickle. Price for one sandwich is $16.75 before tax, a lot to pay for a take-out sandwich.I notice the large number of 5 star reviews, almost all of which contain no details to indicate that the reviewer actually visited the restaurant. Beware of reviews that were paid for and beware of businesses that pay people to post fake reviews.
