This was an okay place. I wish the brownie was hotter so it could offset the cold ice cream.Its a great place if you're looking for something quick to cool you down,but for quality of dessert,not it.I would recommend cautiously investing.
I ordered 2 blizzards flavored oreo and turtles BUT he made just 1 and combined the two flavors. DID NOT APOLOGIZE OR AT LEAST RECOGNIZE THE MISTAKE.

Lack of communication between them, they interpreted wrongly my command and even I repeat to the member my command. They justified their liars by misunderstanding and refuse to offer the original order.
They are liars, they intentionally misinterpret my order and they justify their action by the lack of professionalism between them and they charged me more expensive for my order. They refuse to admit error and emit an arrogant attitude.
Service is quick but I think this location may have a more limited menu. The brownie was a bit dry, but the soft serve good as ever.
The cashier is absolutely incompetent and doesn't understand the most basic orders. I started by asking if they sell ice cream scoops on their own and I was told that they sell soft serve, which is absolutely fine. Then I asked if they sell it in cups with covers to go. She didn't understand so I repeated myself. She told me yes they sell things like blizzards that have covers. So I asked if I could have two soft serves to go like that. One vanilla and one chocolate. She asked the size and I said small but it was really affordable so I asked how much the large one was and asked to upgrade. When I received the order it was two chocolate self serves in open top plastic cups. I threw those away and came back to make another order because the cashier seemed to have a really hard time understanding simple questions. I asked again if they sell soft serve in a cup with a lid and again she didn't understand. She thought I was asking for a lid. She clearly didn't understand what I was trying to ask her for and said no, they don't sell that. The guy making the ice cream in the back seemed to understand but I left. I really don't care if I was charged for a blizzard or a soft serve. I would have paid whichever was the most expensive option. Avoid this dumpster fire of a Dairy Queen unless the regular staff is there or go to the one outside Place des Arts.
I am glad that now they have appointed the Chinese guy to take orders. He is far better than rude girls who used to take orders earlier.
My kids love their ice cream.
Expensive and not as nice and creamy as I’ve tried at other locations. But still tastes okay.
