A very nice place to get Ice-creams and cake, won’t miss, if you looking for a dessert
Ordered an icecream cake a few years ago for my brother's birthday. Had no issues withe staff but found that their website lacked some features. Wished they had a customization option on their website but we managed without. The cake was exactly what we wanted but turned out to be too big to finish, perhaps offering ice cream cakes in a smaller format could be a good idea?
Im just going to start by saying the staff was really unfriendly and rude specially the one who seemed to be the manager with glasses. Very overpriced 14$ for 2 ice creams and charges extra for crushed peanuts…so i atleast expect my ice cream to be as desired… I use to work here years back and the quality really isnt what it was.Came a few times since the beginning of the season same thing eachtime…they dont listen to instructions and argue when asked to redo the order properly very unfortunate used to come here for years and never had any problems….Should speak to staff to improve customer service.

Travaillent bien en équipe et sont plaisants avec la clientèle.UPDATE Aug.12, 2018: It is 31C, it's a bright sunny Sunday, only two employees are present and the waiting line is extending out the door. One employee seems on training (or just lazy, very lazy), and her demeanor is nonchalant, visibly chewing gum, cool girl attitude, and so slooooooowww. No manager to be seen.PREVIOUS COMMENT: This location needs some maintenance. One bathroom has been out of order for the last two (now three) years, and the lock for the other one is broken. Instead of repairing it they chose to put a sign asking people to knock before entering!

You are advertised as open on a Saturday evening until 9pm. It’s the second time I come here at 8:30 and you’re closed. This is ridiculous.

One of the best Ice Cream Shops in Ahuntsic! There is a wide variety of flavours and there are not only Ice Cream, we can also get Ice Cream Cakes and something called a Blizzards. The service is great and if there is a busy day it those not take as long to get our orders then other places.
