We reserved as a group @$40+$6tip per person! We were 25 ! We got a leafy salad 6 meatballs per table of 6, 2 pizzas with almost no cheese and with 6 pieces of sausage on it and 2 pasta bowls one with watery rose pene the other red sauce! Cafeteria taste beyond disappointing! A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I understand times are hard but restaurants have had a bad period but this was insulting! We were celebrating a birthday and were totally embarrassed with the quality and service!!!! The owner and one waiter were serving! When we asked for more pizza they said they were out of dough!! A horrible experience NEVER go there!!!
GREAT FOOD AND REAL PEOPLE. If you wish to be among real true Canadians and escape dictatorship this is the place.
Even Mike's is better than this place .....ciao baby !
I loved the food, flavours, service, the atmosphere
My husband and I were in Montreal earlier in September (2021). We made our way to 'Little Italy' and walked around for a bit. Stopping only because we saw an Italian flag outside a restaurant, we sat and we're delighted to find this BYOB restaurant right next to a grocer who sells wine -- perfecto! We had appetizers, dinner and dessert with our wine and ended up speaking with many of the family members that owned this place. After eating in all the tourists spots and checking the great things Montreal has to offer -- this restaurant is a MUST SEE for anyone passing through. We really had a wonderful time and it was so nice to be able to feel normal after this crazy pandemic. Da Enrico is a 5-star for us, and we will be sure to be back!
excellente ambiance, nourriture selon les recettes ancestral de l'Italie, de génération en génération. Les propriétaires sont toujours sur place pour nous accueillir
Excellent service, très accueillant! Je vais y retourner c’est sûr!
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Montréal, well hand made pizza with care & love, simply tasty & you feel welcomed in there with a smile !
What an evening! If you’re looking for authentic, look no further. The menu offers no frills, but rather the best of mamma’s cuisine could offer. A family owned business with top quality staff & service. We tasted much of what was offered, and everything was simply delicious! Ask for the spicy oil too. And make sure you leave room for the awesome Tiramisu paired with a perfect short espresso. Will definitely return!
Truly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We went after Italy won the Euro Cup and they had been packed an hour or so before so I understand the food taking a little extra time, however, we waited for over 40 minutes and had to ask to be given bread and water. The bread was incredibly stale with low quality butter which should have been an indicator but at that point we were too tired and hungry to go someplace else. What followed was worse than anyone could have imagined. We ordered two pizzas, two pastas, and a salad. Every single dish was inundated with the cheapest, lowest quality, most bottom of the barrel parmesan cheese i have ever had the misfortune of tasting. I cannot stress enough how disgusting this cheese was, it was an affront to the entire european continent. The pizzas were doughier than Jonah Hill in Superbad. The ham in my carbonara was old and tough and my friend's pasta took much longer than everyone else's. The tomato sauce was sweet and unpleasant, not unlike cough syrup. The lettuce in the caesar salad was cheap iceberg, with no anchovies to be found, and again drenched in that dreadful abomination of a cheese which even a dorito would turn its nose at. All of this would have been semi-bearable if the prices reflected the quality, but astoundingly the owners charge nearly twenty dollars for just a single pizza! C'etait tellement horrible et je vais jamais retourner.
