It now is one of my favorite burger places in Montreal. I heard so much about this place that I had to try. And boy I was not disappointed at all.Ordered the smallest size and could not finish it ? My comments:- Size ratio to $ is good- I ordered the chicken dynamite. Very juicy and crispy. It is on medium hot level for me- clean place with clean bathroom- nice & welcoming host- I walked 5 km to try the restaurant. Need to burn some calories walking back- its outside Montreal downtown area to the west- I would definitely walk there again. I just hope I burn some of those calories.
I have been to many places, especially burger places. But this place by far is near the top of the list. Service was good, bathrooms were clean and food was amazing. On top of that the have a nice seating area out side of the restaurant, and good inside seating as well. The food maybe a bit pricey but it worth the amount, overall I give it 9/10
Update: Guys, I went back and the food was not like six days ago. I asked again for the Dynamite chicken burger and it wasn’t the same as before; the portion was less, the preparation now had a fried disk of cheese that took place instead of the portion of chicken I had in my first visit. Also, the flavor was different. Still good, but not as good as the first time.MUNCHIES ALERT. This was our first time at Crusty's and we are so pleased with the quality of the food. We ordered Dynamite Burger and Crusty Burger, both in a combo with fries and soda. Dynamite was fried buffalo chicken with pickles and the Crusty was a beef burger with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. This two plates were absolute quality. Fresh ingredients, huge portions, awesome taste and fair price.Deffinetely, we will go back to try other things.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Do not expect a quality meal. This is the closest you’ll get in Montreal to an ultra-greasy, ultra-American fast food meal that borders on the likes of the Heart Attack Grill in Vegas. You’re not here for a culinary experience, you’re here to eat a mountain of melted nacho cheese and Spicy cheetos powder off the top of a triple patty burger where one of the patties is straight up a slab of fried - you guessed it - cheese. There is no such thing as enough cheese! The curly fries are a must and the cup of everything topped with CHEESE is truly the pinnacle of greasy-cuisine.If you take your girlfriend here for your anniversary, she very well might dump you. However, if you’re looking to smack your face right into a beautiful puddle of melted cheese, meats and fried food, you’ve found your paradise. Let’s go!
This place was definitely something different. Despite waiting for over an hour for our food, the food was worth the wait. Nice and hot. We ordered the Dorito chicken fingers, curly fries and BBQ chicken fingers. Along with a steak sub with cheese and the honey mustard chicken burger. I love the fact that there's more than one option for sauces. Everything is seasoned just right. The fries had a nice crunch. Make sure to pack some extra change because you will def spend when you come here. Inside is really chic, if you're looking for a nice spot to hang out, this is it. This place really is authentic. Reminds me of California. Def coming back to try other options on the menu. Make sure to get the LA LA Land soda with your meal. Wicked good. Enjoy & happy eating.
The food game is okay, a little bit deceiving after seeing their ad pictures. But I still enjoyed their burgers, they were great and quite tasty.On the other hand, the mac and cheese was not bad but nothing special. Onion rings had way too much oil in it, no crustiness and couldn’t enjoy itOverall it would’ve been a 4 stars, but the price… The price is way too high for the mediocre service they provide, I felt eating at a hospital.
I highly recommend this fast food restaurant. Delicious food, big portions, different options, cool decoration. Clean washroom with dubai luxurious cars ;) The owner is very friendly and he likes dubai so do I ;) We’ll definitely go back to try the hole menu or even order through doordash. I need a membership card for this place :)

Not impressed. Service was slow — understandable, it was kind of busy for a Sunday night. What was worse was that one of the waiters literally COULD NOT stop checking girls out. He came up super close to me as we were leaving and asked how our meals were, but stood less than a foot away from me, actively flirting with me. He was also acting weird the whole time he was serving us.Additionally, we were seated maybe 1.5 feet between from two couples. Not covid safe.They also gave us the wrong sauce, and when I asked for the right one, that same waiter aggressively asked if I had used it. I guess he wanted to put it back, but he honestly made me nervous and made me feel kind of stupid for it. And then gave us the WRONG SAUCE AGAIN.Food was meh. What I find unacceptable is their “avocado sauce”. I’m 100% convinced it’s the same as their mayo, just dyed a neon green (already unsettling, ew). My partner and I did a blind taste test and could not tell the difference between the avocado sauce and the mayo. You can see how strange it looks in the pictures below.The one star comes from the decor — it’s a cool vintage vibe, so they’ve got that going for them. Their cashier was also super nice!
Had the butter beef platter, American burger and Philly cheese steak sandwich with curly fries on the side. Yes! I was really hungry. Everything was prepared perfectly. Especially the presentation. Everything was spectacular. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. Thanks to the professional staff.
