I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a cappuccino and a chocolate chip cookie. The bagel was so tiny, I thought it was a joke. It didn't look like an ordinary bagel either, probably gluten-free. On the photo it looked like a nice bagel.I paid ~13$ for the three things. The coffee was so hot that I burned myself and the cookie was super crumbly. The service is always quite good, but there's still much room for improvement in terms of food
This was my first time visiting a Copper Branch and needless to say, will most likely be my last. I should have changed my mind about even ordering when the cashier could not understand my request in either English or French. She did not understand her own menu. I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be made, while people came after my order and were served before me. My order consisted of two items; one flatbread and one poutine. My poutine was made in advance of my flatbread, and just sat on the side waiting for my second item. I ordered a regular poutine (as on the menu), was told there are no potatoes, but offered a sweet potato poutine in its place. Not only did they run out of potatoes by lunch time, but I was charged extra for the sweet potatoes even though it was offered to me as a replacement. Once receiving my food, I went back to complain that the box of poutine was only half full. I could have ordered a small poutine and ended up with the same amount in the box. I requested a refund for the difference, and was told no refunds can be given. The only thing offered was another poutine (which I really didn't want to begin with). The employees did not even know how to make the flatbread, and not only followed a screen but kept asking me if I wanted certain ingredients which should have been included anyways. The only positive out of this whole experience was that the food did taste very good. I have waited to write this review, because I tried contacting customer service with no response after one week. Therefore, I unfortunately have very little to say and would give 0 stars if I could. My two items were definitely not worth the cost that I paid and the time that was wasted.
The burger and fries I got were not up to standard. The staff prepared a replacement for the initial order, which was better than the first one, but it’s not on par with other Copper Branch locations.
Thanks for letting us stay after hours on a frigid evening. Your shiitake burger and quinoa chili were exactly the comfort food we needed! Not to mention your last pot of coffee.Stay kind!

I'm a regular at other copper branch locations but the food I got from this one in the food court tasted like mold and had to throw it out.
