The Rudest, most despicable staff! they are very silly, biased towards people who speak french very well. They work like a street gang! If the manger of this branch on avenue du parc has any dignity on him/her, they should immediately all be kicked out the three servers working now! Rude and silly! they are truly very despicable. Edit: My first review of this place was really nice. Very sad that I have to leave the following ? Today's service was disgusting. They are actually convinced that eating a salad with a small, blunt wooden fork is OK. Do you really want me to explain you that it is inconvenient at best? I don't ?? We made it clear that we are dining in, and they still served us the coffee in paper cups. Also we found a toothpick in a wrapped sandwich. Do you realize that it is invisible from the outside and can be swallowed? ?? And it's not the first time I feel uncomfortable with the staff. I'm used to just ignore such lapses, but it's too much to ignore now. Not happy. ?Previous review: Very good place! Spacious and full of light with vibrant yellow accents bringing the feel of joy amongst cozy wooden interior. Good food too! Wide assortment of sandwiches and delicious cupcakes along with rich colorful salads and various desserts. Good quality coffee and pleasant music. The place is very popular among locals of all ages and occupations.
The cold brew was absolutely delicious. Memorable. The green smoothie was also very tasty, perfectly balanced. Friendly staff, and a good overall atmosphere. Minor hilarious note: the men's toilet is quite cramped and the door swings inward, so it was a pretty embarrassing struggle to exit.
Overall disappointed with all of my items. The sparkling water was not very bubbly. The nitro cold brew was not filled up all the way. They are serving cold drinks in hot cups, even though they have cold cups. My iced latte was not actually an iced latte; just iced coffee poured from the plastic jug. Overall I wish this was still a starbucks.

The interior is beautiful and the food is delicious too! Taking the combo is guaranteed to make you full. Their sandwiches and muffin were all delicious and fresh. I really recommend it. Although it is a bit hard to find a place to sit because of all the students.
Great Staff, great interior and the coffee was amazing. The only problem is the temperature. if you want to sit down there, you might have to keep your winter coat on.Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the experience!
