the bubble tea is good, staff is so friendly ! The place is so cute
Came here before the movies and for some reason our bbt tasted like watered down coffee ? not sure if it’s because they don’t clean out their containers or what but I will be avoiding this location at all costs
no hate to the staff but the BT21 drink is beyond horrendous. taste like sprite but water. save yourself some trouble.
Fast service, nice staff and good location. I’m a big fan of bubble teas, compare to the other locations of Chatime, this one is the best ??Edited:Last week (Jan 30th, 2021) I was there and I had to wait outside for almost an hour in a cold (-15c) to get one bubble tea ughhh C’mon guys!!!Edited:9 months later …My last experience (Nov 14th,2021) at this location of Chatime was great! I’m happy that now I can wait inside when it’s cold and windy outside :)
I ordered a pick up via DoorDash.It was supposed to be ready at 6. Got there at 5:55. The lady told me that my order is not going to be ready for 6 because they were busy and I had to wait an additional 10 min. My order was going to be ready in 25 min instead of 13min. The lady was not helpful at all in telling me if I could cancel it or not. Poor service…could’ve been handled differently.
Probably no where only to downstep but half way front hallway clean floor to illegal ly down
Milk tea was up to chatime standard but unfortunately they don't have tapioca When I bought my drink
We ordered flavoured drinks but they forgot to add sugar to the drinks. And many items was not available...
Really nice people! the cooking time for the Bobas is perfect really recommend.
Really nice and Cooperative staff nice and clean restaurant. Had mango ice tea it was good is taste. Many Veriety of icecream and Tea. Also they have so many options for crepes. Tasty. Limited people entry allowed, mask mandatory only open for takeouts till till fab b4 7:30 due to curfew
