Absolutely delicious food, we took the appetizers only but we left satisfied with everything. The drinks were very nicely done and our attendants were amazing, actually all of them. This is a great recommendation when visiting Montreal. Also the restaurant is located next to a metro station (st. Laurent) and accessible to everything in downtown.

Back in my hometown for Mother’s Day. Got a nice hotel and needed to find a nice eatery that had a free table on Saturday evening. Lucked in here and not disappointed. Tapas format is done very well with interesting flavours. Very tasty. Loved it. I will probably misspell our server’s name but Lorrance is the warmest, most welcoming and professional server I’ve experienced in years. A real asset to this resto and well deserving of a healthy tip. Thank you Lorrance. Thank you Cadet for a lovely evening.

Fine food. Fried burrata a must. As well as brocoli plate. Yum. Would go back. Decent prices and good service

The interior is simple, but the lighting makes a good atmosphere. The burrata was made with a balance of sweet and salty, and the oyster mushrooms were a bit salty but tasted good. For Lamb, which is the main dish, has a thick sauce and strong cheese flavor, and the meat has a slightly dry. For duck, the skin was tough enough that it could not be cut with a knife. it seems to be because it wasnt cook properly. Overall, the taste was average and its overpriced compared to the vibes and taste. The staff were friendly.

Food was delicious!! Service was excellent!

We started off seats at the bar, it was romantic with a splash of cool vibes. Our bartender, Etienne, was both helpful and playful which really elevated the experience! His food and champagne recommendation was on point!Portuguese chef created a beautiful menu.We ordered the broccoli, pork belly, octopus, veal cheeks, mascarpone ice cream and bread pudding.Everything we ate was spectacular, but the octopus was just the BESt octopus I ever had. Also, the broccoli was also a must try.

Great service and good wine list. We got an awesome wine recommendation from the waiter. Amazing. However, the food was average. I expected a little better. It was delicious, but not exceptional. The red meat was drowning in sauce and the focaccia was just dry bread and some of the appetizers were just average.

It was OK. The beef tartar portion was indeed a bit small (considering the price). The calamari waa good, but I found the sauce to be too salty. Lamb was nice and tender and the pork cheeks were also well cooked. The sauces were really rich. Very expensive, so I guess you pay for the ambiance and the service, which were really good.

Ah-may-zing! No other words for our dining experience! We arrived a little earlier than our resy and it was no problem. The food was out of this world, and the service from Laurence was spot on! We had the cod croquettes, the cauliflower, the veal cheeks and the quail. Each dish was absolutely delicious! We wanted to start the culinary delight all over again - but we were heading to a live music event a few doors away - so settled for more cod croquettes. The tables are simply set - and well apart from one another - and all public health safety protocols were followed. We highly recommend Cadet and will definitely be back with friends.

Great food and good wine selection!
