Service was awful. Waited forever for our drinks, never received water to begin with. Took forever to bring out cutlery. Bar staff had to beg the kitchen to make food. We were a party of 16. Another one of the servers was rude with our group. Just not impressed and an unpleasant experience. Won’t be back.

I would give this place more stars, but unfortunately the service is horrible!! I really hope they make some changes to their staff, because if it weren't for the poor service i would go there alot more since Their breakfast is good.

Was there to celebrate a birthday ,group of about 20 people. 5 of us were served our appetizers then within two minutes our dinner while the rest waited for over a an hour. We had to bring our appetizers home didn't have time to enjoy them. Because it took so long we had birthday cake in between i assume to fill the gap. One ordered a Pepsi with her meal and got it during cake. Not sure if they were under staffed or not but it was probably the what service I've ever experienced. The food was adequate, can't really say much about that but will not go back nor refer anyone just based on the lack/ bad of service. Quite disappointed.

Had a bad experience. I hope it was a one off but we both had to return our hamburger steaks because the meat tasted a little off.

Poutine and pancakes were good. There isn’t enough sugar in Montréal to save the coffee. The coleslaw is inedible.Service was good but disorganized for the most part except for the hostess who is just not suited for the job.The meal was not spectacular but I was having a nice time with my daughter. At the end of the meal she ate something that was “burning her mouth”.There was no water on the table (never brought) so I waved to the hostess and asked her for water quickly. The hostess then launched into an explanation that she had plates to bring in. I said “fine, please hurry”.Minutes go by and I see the hostess talking to another staff member. I flag down our waiter and ask him for the water. Again emphasizing the urgency. He made a stop but still managed to bring the water long before the hostess got to us.I fail to see why a request like “My 5 year old needs water doesn’t lead to someone dropping what they are doing for 2 minutes to get the kid water but then again I don’t run a restaurant.When I told the hostess we had water she tried to admonish me for asking 2 people for water. I said she did not bring the water in a timely manner and please leave us alone. She confronted me and I vented telling her she is was a big part of turning what was a relatively positive experience into a negative one.Will not return obviously.

During the week at lunchtime it's quiet. All food we had was very good. Great service from the one waitress covering the whole floor.

Ordered 5 Holiday Plates from the Special Holiday Menu For a December 24th pickup. Didn't have to wait long, servings were big enough that we all had leftovers for a snack later. All were satisfied and impressed with the quality of the meal. Also noticed the prepared meals fridge while there. Will be looking into this very soon.Thanks for the great meal.

They did not ask for the COVID RQ code, but did not Scan the Covid RQ, ?The food is always top notch.

good price, good food with generous portions, very good service.

Clean bathrooms to me means clean place. Food good,my Sub was great.im happy they checked my Vaccines passport
