Probably the best , it's delivery and customer service is commendable. Sometimes i recieve the order late , but it's obvious sometimes because of short staff.. we all need to understand. Today i politely asked the guys for an extra pita , they gave it to me . I realized it later that it was an extra fee . It's lol politeness it takes. I love the food, specially the chicken quality. Would definitely recommend.
Worst boustan ever. They make mistakes on your order. Won't say their wrong and even if you give them good tip. They will tell you you're wrong. And Won't do nothing to fix the situation... even insult you when you prove you're right. Will insult you in Arabic. Even you know what they're saying . Food is ok but delivery is extra trash. Worst boustan ever. The other ones are ok.... even way better
I love lebanese food and in this restaurant even if it's fast food style I love the service and the freshness of their food
Best Boustan in town, both in terms of service and quality. The guys who work here go out of their way to prepare my online order, they even called to confirm my order and did not cut the meat until I arrived for pick up so my food were fresh and hot. Top notch customer service !
they charged me extra because i wanted my salad on the side because i don’t like when my salad gets hot ? wth and they always always make mistakes it’s so annoying
I dont usually rate places, but the food took 1h30 to arrive, and this isnt the first time this happens from this specific branch. It doesn't help that they deliver with their own drivers, which although understandable if its to save on overhead, makes it so you cant track the order on uber and have no good estimate of when the food is coming. We ordered at 9h got the food by 10h30, by that point we were getting ready for bed. Otherwise the food was only OK.
I love boustan but this one is cheap, the prices went up but the portions down, very clever. Only think about there pockets.
Took them a long time to get my order ready. They actually got it wrong and argued with me that I ordered the wrong meal. The falafel plate was good but would have been better with potatoes and less coleslaw salad. Their garlic sauce was not very exciting.
