The overall experience was weak. Although their products are good and local I find them overpriced. The decor is beautiful, but the service is bizarre….not to friendly, not thoughtful, not there to enhance your buying experience but more to do theirs jobs. My English is perfect but when I spoke to her in French she didn’t reply anything.(maybe she doesn’t speak it…it happens)Unfortunately I won’t be returning there anytime soon, but I will encourage anyone to try them and tell me about their experience.There are many great Bouchers in town, this experience was not the greatest for me to come back.
Fantastic butcher shop and purveyor of many great local products. Love the classic white ham, landjäger saucisson, and above all the sausages. Green chorizo and prune/bacon are incredible.
Got some steaks from this place, what can I say? Never will be buying steak ANYWHERE else again. It was like a party in my mouth, and everyone was invited. God bless yall.

Great place and super friendly. I admittedly do not know much about the different cuts of meat, and was helped by their staff who obviously knew their stuff with no judgement. I cannot say enough how great those who helped me were.They had a superb selection of sausages that I wish I’d taken advantage of, but this day was for the steak. I did a simple salt and pepper crust for the meat we got and it was delicious. No sauce needed for this superb cut.The shop also had good things going for them in the case of following distancing guidelines. Only 3 people in the shop allowed, with chairs to keep customer distance from the displays, as well as milk crates to cart around and help keep yourself to yourself.
