We ate outside and enjoyed great weather and food. Every bite was intentional and packed with flavor. Loved the butternut(?) Squash sauce that we got with the catch of the day.
I loved!!!! This place as an overall. Loved the service, every dish was great. However since the pandemic, the service is not as good as it was and most important, they dont offer the brunch anymore. This is an error I think, i would of prefer to pay more, but the brunch been out, i for some reason completly lost interest
Vainqueur par absence de choix compétitif dans un quartier où la gentrification s’opère plus lentement que souhaitée par des promoteurs qui semblent avoir oublié que l’argent demeure toujours dans les poches d’investisseurs et d’acheteurs chez qui l’anglais domine (encore), Le Valois m’a semblé conforme avec ce qu’il m’a servi, a plusieurs occasions, dans les deux premières années de son ouverture. Aussi, après tant de temps d’absence de ma part, je me serai attendu à un menu qui ait évolué davantage . Or, j’y suis allé avec une valeur sure; salade mixte, bavette et le classique mi-cuit en clôture de ripaille. Le tout a été très honnête et digne de compliments en confirmant une excellente constance dans la qualité et dans la présentation et ce, accompagné d’un accueil cordial et d’un service impeccable.
Si le Valois gère sa cuisine comme ses ordures je préfère m'abstenir d'aller y manger.
Menu alléchant, tartare de boeuf indécent tellement c’est bon! Qualité/prix: très honnête.
Amazing food, everything we ate was some of the best I've had in Montréal. Great and courteous service. Pricey but more then worth it.
My daughter and I went for dinner. The food was very good. Oysters. Mussels. Tataki. Delicious. The gentlemen who waited on us were very attentive and kind.
Delicious app le tartar and le small outdoor plaza to sit at outdoor patio is nice avec le lites twinkling at nite is perfect location for le restaurant ?It would be an added bonus for Le Velois if they had a piano with some nice classical musique playing by a pianist would just make it a lovlier experience.
