A honest review: Their baked goods are actually amazing. If you enjoy cookies, cupcakes, cakes, coffee, etc.. it's the place to go. They are definitely a bit too pricey though. 4.00$ - 6.00$ for a single cookie (granted, they are pretty big. But still..) just seems a bit overkill and is the only reason I can't bring myself to give 5 stars.Your stomach will thank you but your bank account will hate you.
Came to Bernice from Ottawa yesterday and it was worth it! The biscuits are delicious and the staff is so pleasant and kind. I will definitely be returning!

Superbe service and very friendly staff! I think this place is best known for their cookies. They also hand out generous size of cake pieces: the funfetti cake was a bit dry but it had the best balance between batter and frosting. Their croissants are delicious! Overall a bit overpriced (4$ for a cookie; 3$ for a small croissant), but very good place :).
The baked goods are delicious. When you do visit, please make sure to try our the almond pound cake which is even more delicious when refrigerated. The owner did not steer me wrong!!! The place is chick, welcoming and the owner is very knowledgeable!
So much more than just a bakery - it’s a beautiful space to hang out while enjoying delicious pastries and really good coffee. Thank you to the topnotch baristas and bakers. Our daily visits were the highlight of our vacation in Montreal.
Love this little gem, with delightful cookies, cakes and much more, all made fresh on premises. A wonderful selection of teas to make the perfect tea time or anytime treat with friends. Excellent and friendly service.

The best cookies I've ever had. Super tasty, but not too rich. A slightly crunchy shell, soft and creamy inside. The strawberry shortcake is my favorite.
