Great place for a quick lunch. Staff is really nice. Food is served hot and fast. Chicken is really good. Lots of room to sit.
Only decent part of this place was the presentation (also debatable). First, the food was barely edible, it tastes like frozen dishes that have been put back in the microwave. The Onion rings are burnt and the chicken wings we got were wrong. Ordered sweet wings for the entree trio and got spicy wings.Second, please clean up. I know the staff might be occupied with things to do but the tables shouldn't be sticky and oily, even worse, at the same time. It looks tidy from the outside, but sure didn't feel tidy when I sat down to eat.Third, staff was ok but forgetful, even though we were only 3 people in the whole place.Wouldn't recommend this place, and if you can just get some frozen wings/ribs and make it at home, it might even taste better. Didn't finish the poutine even halfway through and definitely didn't bring it home, wouldn't want to subject myself to such torture again.Thank you for listening to my rant.
9-5-21 Online Delivery OrderThis was my 1st time ordering your food.The 4 piece chicken fillet meal was very disappointing. The onion rings were burned to the extent they they split open and the onions were blackened. The chicken did not look like it was freshly battered or prepared, more like a frozen producf.Having the food delivered placed me at a disadvantage in addressing the issue immediately. Your team at this location needs to take greater pride in servicing customers.

Twice.-Make the 20 minutes trip, arrive at the cash to find out there's no promotion and it was shrugged off as "just a mistake" over the phone.Please train your staff so that customers aren't baited to choose between wasting their time or their money.
