The restaursnt is on Innes Rd in Orleans Ontario. It was take out. Fast and friendly service, the problems lies with the cooks. I ask for my fav which is a Club Sandwich. The cooks never or forgets to put tomatoes in my club sandwich and when he does its is paper thin that its none existing. I have complained about this ever since you have opened. Not once have I recd an acknowledgement or the cook has changef his paper thin razor blade tomotoes. Your customet service attitude was there was nothing she could do. I pay money for a club sandwich, I am owed that you compensate me. It is unacceptable that your chef refuse to add tomatoe to a club sandwich. A club sandwich is based on three pieces of toasts, chicken, tomatoe and beacon, and lettuce. have never seen the manager, staff are clueless and they don't give you refunds Can you do better pls

You can't go wrong with the chicken, let it be in the form of a ¼ chicken or a Club Sandwich. The French fries are good, but what makes it even better is the fantastic BBQ sauce and the coleslaw. Sooooooo good !!!!
Wow. Where to begin. Staff was friendly and professional. Location at laurentides/gouin, drive through. Family meal and rib meal. It was so salty, bun bread was too soggy, sauce (traditional was meh), coleslaw was too liquidy and ribs were gross. Ribs had an unnatural odour to them, black sear marks looked painted and tasted not good. Fries were decent. Good portions overall. Pecan pie was the best of the items. I’d order pecan pie and fries/chicken itself again but I’m unsure if I’d honestly go back. $70+ for a meal that was meh is not a good value. I’d rather get a decent sized sushi platter or two large pizzas or something. Too bad, was looking forward to finding an alternative to st Hubert…also, hard sell to buy rotisserie chicken when there are so many delicious ethnic chicken places in that area for less price…
The people who work here are outstanding and elevate this Benny & Co to 5 stars. The roasted chicken, French fries and vegetarian strips are all fantastic. Love their peppery sauce with the fries or, even better, a Benny poutine which is a poutine with roasted chicken. Oh. My. Goodness. Take out or in the restaurant, you won’t go wrong eating here. FYI the desserts are great if you ever have room for one. Two words. Sugar. Pie.

Placed a phone order of 5 econogroupe meals with the employee called Magalie. When I got home, I saw they gave me 1 ecofamilial for 4 people. I simply called back to explain the mistake and that I will pick up my extra meal. This would have normally taken 15 minutes… When I arrived to pick up my missing meal, Magalie insisted that I pay for a full meal at regular price instead of the econogroupe price. I stood there for over a half an hour explaining to this employee that the meals in the econogroupe were at $9.25 when you buy 5 or more. Since she put through my original order as an ecofamilial, she did not want to give me my meal at the discounted price… after all this commotion, I took my meal, went home, and now had to eat my now barely warm meal, with my totally cold ecofamilial. Cold fries, gravy, chicken, buns.. is not very enjoyable.
I was going to eat lunch here, but they slapped a notice on my car about towing it. (I ran to the nearest dep to get rare soda and candy before hand) lost a potential regular customer.
The food is good and chicken is their specialty. The waitress was especially nice and service with a smile, you can tell even with a mask on. Situated in Cartierville and very close to Chomedey Laval, easy parking.
