Called in advance so that there would be no wait... the girl taking the order decided to give me a poutine, and charge me for it, even though I refused it.... then they had me wait another 20 minutes (for a chocken breast and fries!!!). I opened my order to find freezing cold fries and a disaster in the box as the container gravy had fallen over and emptied everywhere in the box. I guess the chef dropped it and just didn't care. After coming here over 21 years, I AM DONE!

Love the chicken but hate the service.We ordered 3 times from this location and it’s always 30 to 45 minutes late for when we asked for it and we get attitude when we call to get a status. I won’t be spending a penny with these guys.
Nous sommes allés chercher notre commande au comptoir à 16h15. Le poulet, la sauce et la salade de chou étaient bons mais la montagne de frites nous ont déçues pour la 2e fois. La 1ère fois, elles étaient molles, grasses et sans goût. La 2e fois, elles étaient dures, sèches et fades.
