There’s not too this place can do wrong. Authentic Japanese taste even if cooks / servers are not. Everything cooked to perfection. Drink selection is good. Kids menu available. Always a nice show !
The service is outstanding, our chef was funny and talented with the knives and fire :) Most importantly, the food was delicious.
Service by the cook was amazing and food was good but unfortunately the wait time with a reservation was disappointing. Our group waited about an hour and even then had to ask when our service would start. Eventually the waiter took our order for the starter and after that the mains. When ordering the starter soup we were not made aware of a vegetarian option which was a bit disappointing at the start and had to wait for some time to get that option. The staff should consider relaying at the start when taking orders.
Went here with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. We got there before they opened and waited outside until it was time for them to open the doors. We have eaten at many Japanese Hibachi restaurants similar to Beni Hana and were not impressed. The waiter put in my order wrong and the chef also misheard me and tried to argue with me about it. He tried to do the heart shape with the rice and ended up burning it along with most of the vegetables. The portion sizes are also small for the price and for typical hibachi restaurants. The table beside us had a much better and entertaining chef who sung and did a lot of interacting with the guests. Overall did not enjoy and left very disappointed.
What a night to remember with the family! The food is good especially the steak! The chef was super nice with the kids.. he did a cool fire show!! Well done .. will definitely come back!
We had a great experience when we were drinking cocktail and saki our chef Bean was singing and cooking in front of us and flame of the fire makes us hot and chill and we were laughing of his jokes, it was really fun and we served by Rosalie she was very friendly, we enjoyed the meal, good food and delicious,

Great service both from the chef and waitress which made for a really great mood. The chef was very skilled and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s also a very nice pleasant and spacious setting. So much fun and definitely worth the price!
