Service was pretty good, starting with fresh green tea. All vegetables were so fresh, made the food tastier. Portions are good.

Two of us went there for dinner and ordered the sizzling plate beefsteak and chicken with snow peas. The beef was excellent, it was very tender and the sauce was the best. The chicken with snow peas was flavorful and was cooked perfectly. Both dishes tasted great and both of us were very satisfied. The server speaks English very well, so we did not have any problem at all communicating what we wanted. The price was very reasonable.Too bad we were in Montreal for only one night, because there are more dishes that we would like to try. All in all, we enjoyed this excellent dinner.

I love this place. It feels like it has never changed which is oddly comforting. The food is amazing, I’ve never had a disappointing dish. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the service is quick.I admittedly prefer western style Chinese food and the orange beef here is second to none!!

Fast service, staff can be rude at the beginning but u gotta be firm on what you want. Perkins duck is the best here, no need to order in advance. The food was fresh and soup was good. Will come back.

I suggest you this good Chinese. I’m Japanese, sometimes I miss my local taste. Sometimes I went to Chinese restaurant in Japan, and I think this restaurant is so good! Especially, Shanghai noodle with wonton… the noodle was amazing. If you want to go with 3 or more people, I suggest you to make an appointment or call before you arrive.

My first experience in Beijing restaurants was not bad, the food and Chinese beer were awesome.

I was hoping for something better... I read some of the glowing reviews for this Chinese restaurant, and thought, well it is a bit rundown, but the food should be good. WRONG! The service is very good and the food was delivered quickly. We ordered chicken and black bean sauce hot plate and the Bouddha's delight vegetarian dish. The sauce for both dishes was tasty. Unfortunately the chicken was terribly rubbery in texture. The chicken dish had only onions as the accompanying vegetable, no green peppers. In the vegetarian dish there were some fresh and canned mushrooms, canned baby corn onions but no noticable green vegetables. Very disappointing. We will NOT return.

Food was mediocre at best. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken and the chicken was OK, as was the sauce, but the veggies were raw, and only a little warmed up. The mu shu pork was marginally better. Asked for soy sauce and received two plastic packets. Overpriced for low quality.

Delicious food and friendly, helpful staff! Ordered our dinner for Christmas Day through Ubereats and the app kept cancelling the order, but when I called the restaurant, the lovely person on the phone reassured me that it was on its way. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially the veggie fried rice, general tao's chicken, and pork spring rolls. We've found our go-to Chinese restaurant!

Best hot & sour soup as well as ginger lobster and all other favourite dishes. This is our late night resto after a hockey game in chinatown. Please support local restaurants by visiting them often or ordering takeout.
