Do not come here. Customer service all over the floor. Lame service, zero friendliness. We asked questions to the waitress about the types of alcohols they had, which they didn’t have a clue even though they were behind her at the bar. We asked for wifi availability, and we were ignored about it. Both times we asked about the drink and wifi, they took over 10min to get back to the table. Easy questions of yes or no, mind you the place was not busy. Then, the drinks we ordered were just hanging at the bar after being prepared. Might as well we just grab them from the bar. Absolutely no one apologized for the inconvenience or the delays. One should NOT wait over 30 min for ONE drink, small and overpriced. Please avoid this establishment. Worse than the wait, was the quality and the unfriendliness of the staff.

Sparrow is a great neighbourhood pub. Definitely a good spot for a beer but they also make really nice cocktails. The wide-ranging menu satisfies every thirst (I especially enjoy the gin-based drinks).Food menu includes burgers, grilled cheese, nice salads, oysters, curries and many more dishes that are equally satisfying.Very friendly staff and a lot of happy locals.

Great food and friendly service and atomsphere , a wonderful British style tea place up stairs too. We had the tea for two, this is what's left.

The portebello burger and soba noodles with pork belly and brussel sprouts with kimchi . Mussels. Eggplant schnitzel and noodle salad. Also make veggie Indian. All so good :) Never a disappointment and well priced.

This is our second time at Sparrow, this time for Brunch. I would highly recommend the Bánh mì regardless of shether it's brunch or dinner. It's so yummy! And definitely add the pork belly.Partner had the Naan BLT and wasn't impressed with it as something to go out and pay for.

I highly recommend for the cocktails, the service, the food, the happy hour, the ambience — I guess for everything! We went for 1.50 oysters and some wine then stayed for cocktails and then for an app and next thing you know we’re ordering dinner. The service was so friendly and warm which added to the already relaxed chic feel of the place.

Nice brunch place. Portions aren't big, but the Shakshuka was good.

The best brunch in Montreal by far. Amazing service with a great vibe

I’ve been to Sparrow for brunch and I remember really enjoying it (Lavender latte,,,?) but my experience for dinner was rather lackluster.I got the Halloumi Schnitzel and a side of fries. It was not as appetizing as I expected, seemed like something was lacking from the dish (perhaps the batter?) and the fries were really stale,, I’m hoping that my experience next time will be better, but not likely to go again for dinner.

lively place but not my favourite for brunch.
