I love this place! We've had breakfast here a few times and have tried everything from the classic breakfast to omelettes to eggs benedict and have never been disappointed. Quality is excellent. Portion sizes are good. Service is excellent and the atmosphere is great. MUCH better than anything else within a 3-4 block radius.
Initially I thought the price was just a tad expensive, but in the end it was well worth it! Generous portions, well prepared & delicious. Great service, cozy place. If I lived nearer by I’d be there all the time!

Loved the atmosphere and decor. Host and waitress were very friendly and welcoming. Food was very good although I'd say L'avenue was slightly better in terms of flavour and portions. But as mentioned, the atmosphere is way more fun here. Cannot go wrong.

A Montréal staple! Killer breakfast & the choice of either a St Viateur or Fairmont bagel with your meal. The service was awesome and I also enjoyed the homemade soup of the day. The bagel lox is a must-do however I can’t stop thinking about the challah French toast my friend ordered. Cozy eclectic diner vibes!
Decent brunch place with a strong focus on bagel in downtown Montreal. Big portion and reasonably priced. The best item that we tried was the bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. The cream cheese was smooth, creamy and has just the right amount of sourness. They could get quite busy around 12 but started to thin out by 1.
Excellent Jewish restaurant right across the street from Leonard Cohen's old home. The bagels, eggs, bacon, coffee and other treats such as the cheese blintzes are all superb, and the place is oozing with atmosphere. Hope this place stays there forever!
First time there, my friend brought me. I had the Monti Christo breakfast sandwich, I've not had one in 12 years. I loved it, the right amount of cheese and ham, grilled to perfection all the cheese was melted ? coffee was tasty, service was professional. Definitely would comeback.
This place is the complete package… The staff really cares about you having a great dine-in experience (even during COVID) and the food is INCREDIBLE!!! If you are looking for a great place, this is the one.
