Delicious griot meal , the meat so tender , the sauce so flavourful, the rice , pasta salad and plantains were also delicious. Price and portion also very good . Highly recommend

The food was wonderful, and was delivered to us in good time even though it was a really busy day, which I appreciated. And the staff was very kind and accommodating. Great atmosphere and service! Will definitely be going back again :)
Prior to attempting a plate from any restaurant, I mainly evaluate the overall customer service: the moment, the food leaves the restaurant kitchen to my table; and so, Au Gout Tropical surpassed my expectations in terms of customer service. They definitely offer an excellent service and provides customers food that meets the hygienic standards from the preparation to delivery. Therefore, this restaurant set the bar high amongst many restaurants in Montréal.
The food here is incredible. Wholesome authentic dishes and a great vibe at the restaurant too. The cook seemed to be working mostly alone, but the service kept up and the food is definitely worth the wait. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was really good! But the service!!! OMG absolutely HORRIBLE. Refusing to serve someone because they speak English is wrong on so many levels. Plus the staff was SUPER rude. Worst service I’ve seen in my whole life. But food was great. Not gonna lie.
