Ordered and tried their salmon poke bowl. Think it was +$25 with tip. Not worth at all. Rice was clumped together and some bits hard, it was old rice for sure. Very few bits of salmon. Too much seaweed. Flavor was bland. Go to Poke Station on Notre Dame instead. To the owner responding to customers constructive criticism below: wow I don’t think I’ve ever seen this before - very rude and unprofessional. Almost didn’t want to leave a review because of this. Please improve from the customers feedback rather than calling them liars…

Adorable café in the Old Port of Montreal with various coffees, acai bowls and lunch options. Friendly staff and good service!

Instant love! Both the Poke Hawaii and calzone were excellent. This will be my first great find of the new year.

I ordered their Ironman acai bowl on Uber Eats asking not to include specific kind of nuts which I'm allergic to, and they followed all the instructions, were really kind about it and even left me a cute message and a ferrero rocher! The acai bowl tastes really good as well, I will definitely come again! :D

We TRIED to experience this place while visiting the city. Got there in the morning and there were 2 people waiting for their orders plus one couple that ordered just as we got there. As i was waiting, my order wishlist was dwindling simply so that I could make the process quicker. I waited over 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. They didnt even get a chance to take our order and only 1 of the 3 party's before us received their order within that time. Their system is so unfortunate..they had the same person running the till and CUTTING THE FRUIT and fulfilling orders. I dont know if it's the owner's way of cutting costs or the labor shortage but it was almost laughable. Key word: prep

Very nice food - you will love the experience… highly recommend

An interesting experience …The restaurant opened at 1000am, and we showed up at 1000 exactly, but the doors were locked. We could see staff inside, so we knocked on the door to be at least let in as it was very hot out, but no one answered. We waited there for 10 mins and had to call the store to be let in from the employees inside the shop. About 10-15 mins after this (approx 1025) there was another customer knocking at the door and no one let him in. I, as a customer opened the door to let the fellow customer in as no one was opening it ….For 2 açai bowls and a cup of coffee, it cost approximately $60 which was very over priced. Especially considering the service was left to be desired. For $60 they didn’t even have strawberries put on our bowl as they were out of them.An overall underwhelming experience and would not return. Yes, the açai tastes great, the granola is delicious, and the fruit is fresh but it is not worth the cost and the subpar service.Another reason why we did not return to this place afterwards, was reading the owners replies to customers reviews. A note to the owner, no matter how good your food is—someone will almost always be dissatisfied at some point. To demean your customers and to rudely deny their experience is unprofessional and distasteful. Professionally accepting the feedback would look much better..

Delicious poké. My bowl was sweet and spicy and had coconut - it was almost like a curry. A solid contender for top poké in Montreal if you can get past sticker shock - 22$ is expensive for a bowl, but those are the prices in old Montreal.

Really cool place, but coffee was not great. We got a few lattes which barely tasted like coffee and very sweet (despite half sweet).

Came inside with my 60 year old father from the sweltering heat. We are visitors and were walking around old town and quite seriously needed to cool down. We asked if it would be ok for us to sit inside in the A/C to sip our iced coffee we ordered (there was one other person there), but were told no, no exceptions. I tried explaining that we were really very hot and although I did not vocalize it, I was concerned about my father as he appeared to be struggling a bit. After a phone call to the owner, the employee insisted we leave and sit outside. I couldn't believe it. Then to top it off, after I had asked for water for us, it was not provided to my dad so I had to go back inside to ask for water for him. The coffee itself was of decent quality. Owners if you read this, I understand businesses have some liberty when it comes to how they handle COVID reopening plans, but during 35+ degree heat, letting a senior sit inside to cool down when his son insists that they need to cool down just for a little while, might be a good time to make an exception.
