Okay. So my girlfriend and I were looking for a place to eat and we decided on dumplings. By the time we arrived to Ai Dumpling, we were kinda sceptical about the quality of the food from how the place looked like. What this place showed us was to not judge a book by its cover. The owner was really kind and nice, the music (Marvin Gaye) set a really nice mood and the quality of the dumplings, fresh, were better than expected. You can taste the homemade dumpling wrappers easily. Price was not too bad, and the black vinegar is a really nice compliment with the soy sauce. Will come back soon. Love the staff. I ordered 15 vegetarian dumplings from there through Uber and got a seafood dumpling and I couldn't even contact them to solve it because their line was busy and I just kept calling and never got through. I should at least get a free meal for that but I can't even contact them so maybe they should get a second line if they're that busy or hire more people
If I could rate 5 more stars I would. The food is amazing, and the staff is the nicest. 10/10 always would recommend best dumpling spot. We love Ai Dumpling <3
This little dumpling place packs a punch of goodnesses and tastiness.
I was on UberEat, made an order and they acepted it.. I waited nearly an hour and half to realise they closed the restaurant at 4:00 am ! The order got placed and accepted around 04:00 am and 04:05 am! They never made my order while saying they did, and had to pay for an order I never received. Was my first and last time with this restaurant.
The place doesn't look very clean or authentic.All their dumplings are frozen and nothing is fresh.I wouldn't recommend it.
Food was great but they forgot to give my friend a spoon for her wonton soup (10/10 by the way, not sure what Christten was talking about) so she had to eat it with a knife. Seeing as they only do takeout after a certain hour, it was definitely not the ideal situation as we ended up having to eat in the car, which naturally led to a little mess since my friend is a little bit (or rather very) clumsy. Despite all of this, in the end, everything worked out and it ended up being quite a memorable experience. 10/10 would dumpling again.
Their website seems to have Spyware/ malware, so I don't recommend going to their web site. Their restaurant appears to be infested with spiders from past visits to pick up food. Aside from that, their food tastes good, their prices are good, and they're open late.

Dumplings are tasty however the lack of consistency is my reason for such a poor rating. I’ve ordered dumplings here maybe 6 times and 4/6 times my dumplings have been burnt. The first couple times the owner would serve them to me without saying a word about them being burnt and I would only find out once i go home (i get takeout). There’s even been times when I come in and he admits to burning my dumplings and showed them to me hoping that i would be willing to take them home like that. I quite honestly don’t understand how the business owners are comfortable serving someone BURNT food. I’ve also ordered via uber before and paid extra to have the dumplings fried, and when they came they weren’t even fried. I’m a good customer, I’m very patient and i tip well and yet there’s no compensation for my burnt food, no lack of accountability when it comes to poor customer service. I’d rather offer my business elsewhere to someone that is going to have enough common sense to not burn my food every time i order it.
