What's the point of having a "I have allergies" option while ordering online if it's going to be ignored? This happened not once, but twice. The second time, I made sure the request had been acknowledged when I picked it up, the employee looked at my order and assured me that yes. I should have checked myself because it had not. Allergies are not a joke and not a preference, they can be a matter of life or death.

Does not respect allergic recommendation in the order. Called them to confirm NO SOY.Was promised a refund but they didn’t follow through. Manager dont believe we were sincere. Dont believe Sang or their Manager Vitchech if they promise you something. poor customer service and management.

Well honestly I'm very not convinced.Place itself looks good but my poke wasn't great. I took the deluxe veggi, and it was basically vegetables flooded in a too-fat sauce. I found it quite sickening.Staff is nice though, so if you find your meal, go for it, but I wouldn't recommend.

Marche Central: Awful service, awful people working there, awful experience … it’s too bad since the bowls are pretty decent. The experience is totally not worth it and the female employee was very rude, obnoxious and had no manners. They provided very low quality service… our order was done online, in advance, for a specific time and it was not ready upon arrival. They tried to say we ordered it from the wrong place instead of apologizing and when they realized, they blamed
The service was horrible. That girl that works at marche central has no idea how to work with customers and doesn’t know anything about customers service. She even calls customers name in front of them and gave attitude. I went there a couple of times but this will be my last. Even her co workers didnt helped, they just stand there and let her scream at the customer.
