It's an another branch of A&W. Quiet and clean. Our order was fast and delicious.So does A&W have free refills? Yes, A&W has free refills on sodas for eat-in orders!!! But they put their drinks inside!!! And also there's nothing to explain!!!I suggest for more toilets because they have only 1 available!!!Their drinks are not refillThey have outside seats with a nice corners.
I’ve come here a few times and can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal here. For a fast food chain A&W checks off a lot of boxes. If you compare it to all the great burger places in Montreal it’s at the bottoms of the list…But if you’re looking for a quick bite for an amazing price, A&W is your spot.The food seems to always be hot and fresh and the ingredients are surprisingly a step above places like McDonalds and Wendys.Real cheddar cheese?Why -2 Stars?It loses two stars because the places is always dirty, the bathroom, tables and floor are such a disaster. The food ALWAYS takes forever to get made, the are friendly but almost always get the order wrong.Don’t get me wrong I don’t mean to pick on this plate but these are things that can easily be fixed. There we’re only two people on staff when i came here. I understand fast food usually means a lesser quality with better speed. However this restaurant is organized so you can see the team cook. I have never seen such laziness in my life. We threw our food away after seeing how it was handled. Don’t come here save your money.
Whole place is a mess !!!First, the workers are wearing flip-flops, nail polish and jewelry...This is not up to the hygiene and security standards.Secondly, staff is mean.They gave us a burger with a very old chicken patty.We asked for a new one and they were complaining and saying it was fresh.Then, I asked for a reimbursement, AND THEY REFUSED !They also forgot one of my drink and a fork for my poutine.No spices on the meat, this is not A&W standard.Lastly, staff doesn't speak french.Very disapointing. Will never go again.
The worst staff and disinfecting I’ve experienced in an A&w location. The staff were on their nasty phones the entire time took forever for me to order, btw no one was in the restaurant . If I could give it 0 starts I would.April 29 2022. 3:45 pm

Ordered yesterday say at 5:30 pm - 6pm and it was the worst service I’ve gotten from a store. Took the 10-15 minutes to take my order with only 1 person in front of me in the line. This guys attitude was the worst I’ve ever seen in a fast food place EVER. Customer complain as he walks off rolls his eyes like the attitude was just flying cross the roof. This lady was busy had to fix his mistakes, do orders and then had to come take my order when he was just standing at the drinking machine playing with his hands. He walks like he has no absolute like time is passing by sir… my food could’ve been cooked a little longer
I live close and stopped going over a year ago the food and service were so bad. I'd instead go to the one by Vendome metro, on Sherbrooke cause it is always on point!! Well I decided to give Queen Mary another try today for breakfast, such a huge mistake, it was so gross!
very unprofessional, they either mess up my order or overcook it, plus they dont bother checking the side notes you add to you uber eats delivery. they also aren't nice in person. Just save up your money and avoid ordering from here.
