The two women working on the night of 21/07/2022 were absolutely unreal. At midnight they had a lineup of about 20 customers, and they knocked it out of the park, going all over, working nonstop, getting order after order done. It was quite impressive to see how efficiently they got through the lineup.
I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for some time.Yesterday morning (5:50) I went to get my breakfast and unfortunately nobody attended me. I didn't see or hear anyone and had to leave after a moment.
We all know this A & w is not the best (slow service, poor quality, missing items ect..)BUT there is an male asian manager who is absolutely phenomenal. Every time he is there the service is impeccable. He delegates his staff effectively, is attentive to the customer and is polite. If you know him please be sure to like this review that way he can get a raise and recognition.
The nashville chicken sandwich was very tasty. Buttery and spicy. Could've been a little spicier ngl
Wrong order and missing combo every time through uber eats. Very disappointing
Food is great but staff actually handled money and then touched my food without washing their hands. That's really nasty.
Forgot the ketchup to my fries but otherwise service was fine
Took 16 minutes for my order. Missing fries for my trio and the cashier asked me if I needed drinks. Zero professionalism
Some people like it, while some others don't, all depends people choices, taste and experience with the restaurants, and even with their stuff, managers, once I complained to the taste of the burger, or if the burger is fresh, got bad reply from the manager on site, since that time never entered the restaurant on my own mind except one time with some colleagues as they insisted.
Slow service compared to competitors but the burgers are the best in Montreal (fast food style).
