Grass fed beef. I had a poutine and my wife had one too. I avoid bread and gluten containing products so i did not have the hamburger this time. Patatoes were real , cheese average, sauce was as it should. A & W have good farming practices and you can sense their commitment to be good corporate citizens. Breakfast is my favorite there.
The staff does the best they can. They are understaffed, the wait was incredibly long, tables were dirty, so was the restrooms and the public areas. This is the dirtiest A&W I have ever been.
I generally love A&W, but this store needs SERIOUS attention immediatelyThe staff is rather to often talking, or should I say screaming like they are at a party having fun. I wouldn't mind if it doesn't mean they will get my order wrong or serve me the wrong order, and I have to double check it every time, plus adding a longer than needed waiting time.Today, June the 30th in the afternoon shift, it's been the worst, screaming and laughing out loud all over the place disrupting the clients. Either they don't have a supervisor or is he or she who approves all this lack of professionalism.The other day a very grumpy cook actually was slowing on purpose all orders, I saw it clearly.Oh and so often they are under staffed, specially in peak hours.Having said that, the food is always tasty and up to general A&W standards.Thanks,
Shakes are overpriced and not very good. Long wait time as well... I was so disappointed with my purchase I wrote this review like a good 2 weeks later
Les meilleurs burgers dans une chaîne de fast-food, rondelles d'oignons, root beer. Grand stationnement, près de l'autoroute, service à l'auto, tables avec prises électriques/USB, tables extérieures.
First thing they say at the drive thru is : Debit or cash? They do not even say hello qnd when I asked if they also took credit, the only answer I got was a rude debit or cash 3 more times, i end up saying i'll pay through debit and then no answer. I heard the woman get mad at another employee through the microphone. Then, 30 seconds later she asks me debit or cash? Again!!! I say debit and proceed to tell me : you'll have to get inside if you want to pay with debit ... I ended up going somewhere else.
The Food came out well prepared however it took time to take my order since they weren't accepting card at the drive thru.
Went at 1 am on a Friday, didnt bother ordering as there was about 35 others orders waiting. 12 cars lined up, 15 people inside and a lot of Uber eats waiting on their orders. Unacceptable to me, there was minimal staff and a huge waiting line, this is NOT fast food.
Finished work around 1am, and I was starving. Ordered my food and waited at the window. My order seemed kind of expensive for what I had ordered, so I asked for the bill just to see what they charged me. After they gave me my food they told me that they didn’t have my bill. After insisting on seeing the bill they told me they ran out of paper, so I gave them back the food and asked for my money back. The manager (so I think) then came over and tried to give me back what I suppose was the right amount of money for my actual order ($9 less than what I had paid). After arguing with them, they finally gave me back all of my money and i left hungry and annoyed. Felt like I was being ripped off.Avoid this A&W!!
excellent service, I went at one in the morning and the lady who attended me was very kind when explaining the combo, I congratulate you and my favorite hamburgers, I just suggest a little more flavor in the meat
