I like A&W meals but I'm not fond with the owner employee of this restaurant. Always having a mean look, especially when the meals are on sale, being picky that I don't spend too much. I rather go to the A&W near Beaudry Metro station for a better experience. Slow service too, even when it's not crowded.
They take too long to make a basic moza with fries. The man on front keep yelling at someone in the back.I was the only person waiting for more than 10 minutes.Bad service.
Clean and cozy, in a peaceful place, staff also are nice people.I recommend

I went there at 4 pm today (Sunday) and was refused service, they said they were closed. Finally went back, my onion rings were burned, how is that possible? And the bag was only half full.
They don't have chef d'oeuvre bacon on the afternoon ☹️
Worst franchise of A&W. The owner/employee got mad because I used a coupon to get a discounted price. The burger was done and thrown at me on the counter. Pretty sure the supposedly fresh patty was already done and was just sitting there. Won’t go there again!
