Went to get a breakfast meal this morning. I had a digital coupon which I showed to the manager. She kept insisting I scan it even tough I told her there's no barcode. After the 5th time I had to walk out because I was about to loose my cool.How lazy do you have to be not to be able to punch in a few letters and numbers? All your other employees do it, why can't you?Happy holidays...

If the owner is reading this you need to look what your staff is doing. They never prepare the uber deliveries before driver arrives. Upon arrival they pretend that they didnt know the order was there. Happened to me and my fellow drivers more than once.
Big 24hrs lights outside the door, if you’re not open 24hrs at least turn the lights off. It’s very disappointing to see the 24hrs sign and find out it is closed, false advertising
3rd time A and W messes up my order. Twice with Uber eats and once at the counter. Something’s really wrong with that store. Last time I set my foot there or order anything. Really disappointing.

I was dissapointed with my probably last experience at this A & W. You serve fresh food, but clean food ? I'm not sure about that. In this pandemic time, your employees are handling food with unsanitized and bare hands. Once I saw an employee using his phone in the back of the kitchen and proceeds to handle the food without disinfecting them. Another employee has his lunch, wipes his face with bare hands and wipes his hands on his shirt, and proceeds to touch all the food. I'm not coming back here ! Please do take the safety of your customers more seriously !
