Zero stars.Keep your receipt because you'll need to prove how they gave you the wrong items and forgot items. They do not listen when dairy/gluten free substitutions are needed. The tables are filthy and no one is bothering to clean them.The wait times are long even when no orders are first.Stay far away.
I had a horrible experience at this A&W. 1- Doesn't speak french at all respond in english!?, doesn't takes orders properly and doesn't serve breakfast after 10AM but why? is that normal? Employee is the phone laughing with others and their nose is out of the mask. The manager was very mean to me and need some serious retraining! At least the fries where really hot and delicious!
I went there at 11:15AM in the morning to order an egg sandwich combo the manager refuse to make the meal saying they do not offer after 11AM. I told her breakfast is all day and i still could order it online. She said NO in a very rude way and told me to order something else RIGHT NOW or GO AWAY because there was a big line of customer waiting and they don't have time to deal with me. What kind or service this is? Every one should be treated and receive the same service no matter. Please remove your false "ALL DAY BREAKFAST" advertising
The food was great and service was good. The star was lost when the entire crew decided to have a loud dance party in the kitchen while we were eating.

The guy in the kitchen eat touches his face and nose... he don't washes his hands and after he prepare meals for customers
This A&W is a lie it doesn't offer breakfast after 11AM (despite the big ad in store) The Manager is on their iphone while taking order is ridiculous! We are not asking for a 5 stars service but PLEASE be more professional
